Excellent service and advice from quotation to collecting boxes, to the 3 guys on move day.
The moving guys were absolutely incredible. There were no breaks, accidents and they were incredibly helpful. They are a real asset to Foxes
Moving is incredibly stressful and on the day I moved I was relaxed and assured.

I have warned ALL my friends NOT to use your company - absolutely atrocious 'service'.
Service is hardly the right word!
Your rep. (Alison) never mentioned that you could subcontract to another firm without asking the client, or even informing them, REGAL in my case.
Their van arrived a good 2 hours later than advised, inevitably causing pressure of time. There were only TWO operatives = seriously understaffed for the amount of furniture involved.
Almost the first thing they said was that it would be absolutely impossible to shift my antique Swiss walnut wardrobe out of my bedroom/study - its base was too large to 'clear the corner'. We pointed out that it had been moved in via the same corner no problem - so eventually they did move it out, successfully, but with bad grace.
A third operative joined them for a while - don't know where he came from, nor where he fairly soon disappeared to again.
While they were packing and loading I was suddenly informed that they were NOT allowed to unscrew any furniture fixed to a wall, like e.g. my antique corner cupboard in the dining-room - that was the FIRST I heard of this rule! Whatever would I have done if my son had not been present?!? He duly did all the necessary unscrewing.
Also, they informed me that they could not pack my herbs and spices, the transport of which Alison had assured me would be NO PROBLEM. She said (and I quote) 'Oh we do this all the time, no problem'. Clearly a lie, but one which had been a factor in making my choice.
Being seriously understaffed, overworked and (I suspect) not sufficiently trained must have contributed to the multiple damage they managed to cause.
When they unloaded in Echternach/Luxembourg
I found my parents' 1930s walnut dining-table scratched, a 1940s large hand-painted standard lampshade completely shredded, my grandma's 1911 mahogany sewing-machine chipped, and one of the brass hinges on the aforementioned antique Swiss walnut wardrobe warped - it is still possible to open/shut the wardrobe, but it needs force.
The same goes for my antique Swiss painted cupboard, which still opens/shuts, but it needs force to do it now, which was definitely not the case before.
All in all I would say this transport was very pushed for time and very obviously understaffed, possibly with under trained operatives, too.

My son had their belongings transported by a Luxembourg firm from Filsdorf to Echternach, admittedly within the same country, but a very comparable amount of furniture, crockery, glassware etc., including an antique Swiss painted cupboard. The difference in procedure could not have been any starker! There were four operatives, clearly very well trained and working as a team.
NOTHING GOT DAMAGED. They enquired about a wardrobe which the GB operatives had left in the hallway, saying it would need dismantling to take it upstairs. Nonsense, said the Luxembourgers, and duly carried it upstairs there and then. The four of them were quick, precise, polite - very efficient.

Rather hope your firm is not typical of GB removal firms!

Great organisation and came on time, did a good job of emptying our property and putting possessions in place at new address.Would like to give praise to Chloe in the office who was very helpful with any queries we had.

The service was extremely professional and helpful prior to the move. On the day of the pick up the movers we fast clean friendly. On the next day of the drop off they were very understanding of a small garage.
