I was looking for further coverage for flying my Drones and updating my annual operators fees and found FPV UK would do all these things I have looked a few different sites but found FPV could do everything I needed when I applied I found then friendly and very quick in replying and sorting out all I needed. I recommend this to anyone wanting drone insurance and to learn to fly .

If you what or need in my case you need FPV UK if only for the very reasonable insurance which get you covered. Rest is invaluable the Drone Map that they updated all time & of course all the feedback from all the other members.

Overall the customer service is excellent.
If you only expect children to manage grown up business agencies.
One example: They are not allowed to use a telephone.
Another example: Their website has direct and specific breaks in code that discontinue functionality.
If I were to focus on the main issue: They treat decent people like so many online insurance based businesses treat us. Like crap!
They will take our money and allow the robots to run the show thereafter.

I’ve been with FPV UK for just over a year now and recently had a small issue with my Flyer ID. Simon dealt with everything in a really professional and helpful manner. Truthfully, I think he went above and beyond to get everything sorted and fixed for me, making the whole process really easy.

Louis (FPV UK) has been so helpful. This is such a worthwhile organisation and so worth joining for many reasons. All the admin needed to fly (Drones in my case) is done for me, in the background, so I don't need to remember renewals etc. There is always someone there to help. Just do it !- join now !

I am not in a position to make comparative comments on similar companies who provide drone services and personal insurance, what I can say is that FPV UK, with whom I took membership on 15/04/2026 have been a pillar of trust, efficiency and reliability during membership admission with particular emphasis on their after purchase customer service. Excellent company in my view with much appreciation and thanks to Simon (CEO) who, without consideration to time of the day, facilitated certain issues I experienced in terms of advice and minor developing errors (not of their responsibility) effectively, efficiently and with immediacy. 100% recommendation from I in every form from site set-up, access to information and overall performance. I originally purchased a DJI care refresh enterprise plan for my M30T drone, however due to an administrative and policy issue on the part of DJI, the original activation for the plan against the aircraft was unsuccessful.
Simon drove communication with DJI customer support and other channels in an effort to achieve a positive outcome.
This succeeded which means that I can now fly with confidence, securely, legally and above all safely. FPVUK membership is worth the annual subscription alone and knowing you have help when its needed together with the community and all that goes with it, makes membership priceless
