Frazier's Wine Merchants Avis 

Ordered 6 bottles of Wolf Blass black label yesterday and they arrived less than 24hrs later.
Fantastic service.
Although I was concerned at first with their bank transfer policy rather than an on-line payment, but I was wrong.
Thank you very much for your prompt service.
Will give you a review on the wine in a few years time.

Had purchased a mag of Penfolds 389 the delivery took 2 days amazing they posted it out that night I ordered .

Firstly they advertised and charged me for a bottle that they don't currently sell- explained this was an error on their website and the bottle was sold out.

Secondly they dispatched and posted a much cheaper bottle (£40 cheap), they should have cancelled my order, not sent me a significantly cheaper bottle.

Thirdly I offered them a way to make this right (i.e refund me the difference between the two bottles) but they decided against this.

I decided to retirn the bottle and they arranged a collection without checking if I would be home so I had to take a day off work to be st home

I ordered my wine yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning.

I bought haymans sloe gin as a gift for a friend she was extremely happy with the product Fraziers Wine Merchant made ordering this online easy i wasnt expecting such a speedy delivery but received the product within afew days I cannot say enough how happy with this company i am they have an extensive range of products to choose from and will definately order from them in future

So far so good! I chose 12 bottles of red wine for a Christmas present for my husband. He really appreciated that I had chosen what I thought he would like rather than the usual supermarket pricier & more hit & miss in terms of taste and quality. So nice to be able to select on basis of much more information on the wines than you might otherwise get. Delivered very well packaged so no danger of any damage. I would definitely use this wine merchants again, thank you.

Will not give them 5 starts purely because the package for one of the 6 bottles boxes being ripped apart, i.e. in a very poor condition. Still the 6 bottles inside were intact.
