Thoroughly recommend Fred Olsen Travel in Eastbourne having just enjoyed a recent cruise they organised both excellently & expertly. All the staff are always very helpful with no query being too much trouble for them to resolve satisfactorily. Will be returning soon to book more holidays for 2027.

We booked through the Eastbourne Travel Agency where Tutti and her team were able to get everything sorted out just as if we were her only clients . Overall we experienced wonderful customer service and enjoyed a lovely cruise again with Fred Olsen . They may not have the most modern ships but always deliver the very best experience from entertainment to fine dining. Our 5 night short cruise to northern Spain’s beautiful cities of Bilbao and Santander was distinguished by excellent service and great value. You simply won’t find a better option for twice the price among the bigger names competing in this area of tourism.

We were let down by the Chichester branch - when our tour operator sent the travel wallet (including flight tickets, luggage labels etc) to the above for onward postage to us, they sent an email strongly suggesting that they could either email the paper contents to us only, or that we could drive for 74 miles round trip to collect - rather than then incurring the postage cost! We asked for it to be posted and when received, we found the contents very useful.

This left us with a sour taste and we won’t use them again.

Visited today . Kate was at her desk. She was extremly unhelpful. I had to ask if we could sit. Really dissapointing lack of service and unfriendly.

Booked cruise with Fred Olsen In Eastbourne Branch on the Balmoral left Gatwick at 2.00 am to velencia when arrived had to ring and wait 1 hour for transport boarding was 11.30 but when we arrived at 10.30 told boarding at 3.30 wife in wheel chair and just tossed aside between the travel agent and the staff of the Balmoral they could not care a damn Avoid like the pleague a hell of a lot of money for no star service waiting in apart with nothing and all our suite cases use a reputable cruise Linner

We cancelled our cruise with in hours of booking due to not being able to get travel insurance due to medical. Fred Olsen in Eastbourne would not give our deposit back. We feel absolutely robbed by this company. Both disabled people, they don’t have a heart. Do not book with this company.

I had mixed feelings about using a travel agent; I'm never sure how they worked, would they just find a place, etc., etc., using Fred. Olsen Travel on St Nicholas St, Ipswich has changed my opinion. Sarah Masullo was so helpful, I asked many questions but Sarah helped me sort a time to remember for my friends who were visiting from America out and so when the holiday actually happened, it was outstanding The hotels in London, Liverpool, and Paris. and Amsterdam were all good with the exception to one, but a minor issue they were all quirky which my visitors mention and amazed with , The Eurostar travel, and all worked out GREAT. I can not thank Sarah enough. I know my Friends from the States wanted to Thank Sarah so with this in mind I will be recommending You and I will be back for future holidays

Last July my wife booked special river cruise through the Felixstowe Branch. This was to be a surprise for my 80th Birthday in April 2025. She was dealt with very professionally and kindly by any members of staff she dealt with. Unfortunately I was taken ill with suspected Angina in October 2024. She kept hoping I would be able to go on the trip, but my health deteriorated. So she was forced to cancel our trip. The staff at Felixstowe were very kind and extremely helpful in guiding her through her insurance claim.
Absolutely exceptional.
