A great customer experience
You only know how good a company is when you need to use the after sale service. For the first time one of the boxes was delivered with a few breakages, F&H had resolved the issue within one hour of me reporting it to them. Good customer service will ensure my continued custom.

A great company to do business with.
We have ordered from FH for the last 2 years and always been very happy with their products and service. Normally the orders arrive within a couple of days and, so far, not 1 broken jar. Their product range suits us well and their prices are reasonable and competitive. A great company to do business with.

I’ve always brought honey jars from them, sadly my last order was damaged in transit, a quick friendly call and more were sent, sadly suffering from damage again!
Another call and the replacement jars arrived safe and sound with no hassle.

Fantastic company, really beautiful jars, sturdy, very well packaged ( No breakages in over 500 jars) The gold honeycomb lids look great for honey producers. Delivery was ahead of time. Highly recommend!
