I have use freeman and Harding my honey and candle jars for over 5 years . They come quick and never broken . I've made errors in my order and they corrected when I've messaged if they haven't shipped . Their customer service is the best .

Packaging not in good condition on…
Packaging not in good condition on arrival as boxes arrived wet. Glass all intact however, and delivery driver apologised for their state, so all good. Otherwise all efficient and speedy. Thank you.

Thank you for your comments Jane. I am pleased that the outer packaging did its job and protected the inside products. Unfortunately there has been a lot of torrential rain in January and we are not in a position to influence that one way or the other.
We considered adding more plastic covering but this is not environmentally friendly, and is not what our customers want. The box is after all, just there to shield from the elements, which it did perfectly.
Always trustworthy
Everything from freeman and Harding is delivered on time or early, the quality is excellent. Don’t hesitate in using them.
