Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery experience.
Your order was despatched from us on 25th June using Royal Mail Tracked 48, as confirmed by the tracking information provided at the time of dispatch. Royal Mail subsequently advised that, due to the exceptionally warm weather, they were experiencing delays within their network. Tracking shows your parcel was processed by Royal Mail on 1st July and delivered on 2nd July.
While delivery delays are understandably frustrating, we are continuing to work closely with Royal Mail to minimise any disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding.
