French Toast Avis 

I place an order June 22 and today is July 11 and I haven’t received my order spoken with customer service on the 9th and was told they waiting on a carrier to pick it up. Call this morning and was told something different that my order is not ready yet and it’s going to take 17 business days to complete the order and another 3-7 days to receive it. School starting in a few days and order might don’t make it here never again will I order from this company

This company is unprofessional and unreliable. I placed an order since the 22nd and it still hasn’t been shipped. I came to see the reviews and everyone is saying the same thing. I honestly think they don’t care about customer experience. If my son didn’t attend a charter school I wouldn’t use this website but that’s the company the school uses.

Ordered LADIES polos from French Toast in sz large. Received MENS polos, described as CO-ED. They were huge and cut was definitely MENS. So, thought maybe it was MY mistake so reordered LADIES, sz M …SAME PROBLEM! The shipping is NOT cheap, PLUS theres substantial charge to return, PLUS packing according to co.instructions, obtaining and printing shipping label, etc etc. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! Buy another brand, from a different source!

I had a similar experience as others. Ordered several items on 12/4. It shipped on 12/12 and tracking claimed delivered on 12/19. However, it was not delivered. I reached out multiple times but customer service was of no help. They just kept saying that it was escalated and someone would reach out to me. Nobody ever did. I finally asked to speak to a mgr who said the package was UNDELIVERABLE and they can’t reship or refund until the package is delivered back to their warehouse. He even admitted that the package could be lost? He promised to call me after contacting the shipping company but not surprisingly, he never called. I finally just disputed the charge with my credit card company because Im certain that I’ll never hear from them re: status of my refund/reshipment. I’ll NEVER order from this company again.

Wow. I was referred to this organization by our school to buy uniforms. Within 10 minutes of placing our first order I guarantee I'll never purchase from them again.

We signed up for their mailing list for a coupon. It didn't work. It seems that they deactivated all coupon codes because they were running a buy 2 get 1 free deal. It didn't matter whether or not we took advantage of that sale.

Secondly, during check out it showed the shipping price with a line through it, and it was followed by an updated price of $0.00. This would indicate free shipping. The shipping price was not in the order summary, and it literally showed free shipping in the description. Upon submitting the order, we were in fact charged over $10 of shipping.

Next I thought I'd reach out to their customer service department to discuss the situation and see if they could help. Ultimately, I was told that they wouldn't honor the 20% off coupon because they were running another deal and we didn't spend enough for free shipping. It didn't matter that they sent me a 20% off coupon and listed free shipping in the order summary just 10 minutes before.

Do not purchase anything from this website. I think the 1 star rating across 100 reviews says it all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on August 10th, and I still have not received it as of September 24th. It has been returned to their warehouse due to a shipping error, they refuse to refund me for my order, and cannot tell me when the order will be reshipped. I have called and emailed over 10 times without any offer for a resolution.

They do not honor discounts they offer!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD! AND ALSO REPORT THEM IF YOU'VE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THE BBB - BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SO THEY CAN INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY!!!

I’ll NEVER order from this company again. You don’t get your taxes back after you ship products back. How is this legal?? I paid 14.95 for shipping and it cost 8.95 to ship back which is understandable but to keep taxes is WILD. This company need to be investigated.!

Being out of state to care for my mom who was diagnosed with cancer. I was told to pack the used shirt they sent me to return, after asking for photos because apparently they didn't believe me. I sent all the proof and more. But after some months going back and forth, wasting my time, they had sent another shirt and guess what? Same thing, a used, discolored shirt with the collar that doesn't stay down, nope, it curls upwards. And then they have the audacity to say don't return the previous shirt, after being packed and waiting for the return label they said they would send me. It took months for them to send the second USED shirt, while my teen only had one shirt to use for the entire week, and they still sent NOT A NEW shirt. Schools need to stop doing business with this company. The service is awful and the uniforms are even worse. NEGATIVE ZERO for this shameful company.

I received a shirt that is clearly faded and not new, with spots that appear to be food stains and bleach discoloration. I would like a brand new shirt as a replacement, and if not, then I request a refund. I should have to pay for a used, old shirt. These shirts are nearly $20 each, and it is unacceptable to send a used, faded, and stained item while claiming it is new. The lack of response from the customer service is quite disappointing and reflects poorly on their professionalism. This situation feels like a case of fraud and very misleading. And the shipping also took a while, ordered on 8-9-24, first it said it would arrive on Tuesday, then Thursday, but we didn't receive the shirts until Saturday, the 17th when I first tried to contact them, very shady company. How embarrassing it is to start in a new school and have an old/used shirt to wear, disgusting.

I wish I can upload photos to really show the junk I received from French Toast, in comparison to what the school gave us.

It terrible service, I'm so angry because single parent. I had work hard put in hours to get this money to buy my daughter uniforms. They charge me at UPS store to ship two uniforms back. Then on top of French Toast charge me for shipping as well . French Toast didn't give me correct refund talking about they took shipping out my refund. Never again will shop at this company....

Once an order is placed, you are not allowed cancel it or make any change to it, even if within 5 minutes. What a terrible policy this is! Poor customer service. Definitely will stay away from this uniform brand!

We ordered clothes for our daughter that didn't fit and had to return them. We paid for shipping to our house and shipping back to the company. Our refund was about half of what we actually paid for the clothes for restocking and/or other administrative fees. We will never order from them again.

Expensive compared to local places.
If you must order a logo and the items don't fit, NO RETURN!
The deals and promos are not a true discount. Too much competition to bother with this place.
The customer service were useless.

Placed an order and within minutes tried to cancel and not able to.
Have to pay for shipping and handling and then to return the order have to pay as well, because they don't have a cancelation policy.
Never buying from here ever again.

If I could give "zero" stars, we would. We ordered uniforms for my son's school (who changed to them this year) and when we received the shirts, they were too small (no local office to try them on). We wanted to exchange them and they said "exchanges are the same as refunds and we do not give those." After multiple phone calls and trying to reach their management, I resolved to spending a fruitless $80 and our son still doesn't have uniform shirts! I agree...this is not a good business model and is fraudulent as they do not explain this policy on the invoice, the website or at check-out that "there is no exchanges" for the items we ordered. Sad they are giving this industry a bad wrap.

Why would anyone go through them. Gisol the rep sucked. They are definitely getting this from china! Way too small. If your school goes through them COMPLAIN AND RESIST!! I’m waiting for a sup to call back but we will see

Horrible customer service. These guys are crooks. They wouldn't allow me to speak with a manager about an issue that I had regarding the a glitch in their website which was altering the total price. If I can give them a negative 0, I would do that instead.

I ordered six pairs of shorts from French Toast online and never received them. When I tracked the order UPS said the order could not be found. I reached out to French Toast as I need these shorts for school next week. I was told UPS tried to deliver but couldn't find my home (which is bull because UPS delivers weekly.) French Toast told me I needed to reorder the shorts and pay again for them and that they would refund my money once UPS returned the shorts to their facility. They could not give me a refund until UPS returned the shorts nor would they ship replacement shorts unless I paid again. They couldn't even estimate when I could see a refund to my account. Looking at other reviews I see I should have spent my money elsewhere. I will not be ordering from French Toast again! The only reason I am giving two stars is because the price and quality of the performance shorts are fairly decent when purchased on sale.

Twice I have placed order for multiple colors for uniform paints for my grandchildren I need Navy and beige. They send Navy only. I attempted to return the navy for the beige that was in my original order and they want me to pay to return the item and exchange it for the right color. I think they have more of one color and they switch my order to reflect only the navy and when I insist on having both colors they try to get extra money out of me. I think that the schools that require uniforms need to take note of the bad reviews this place is getting, and find someone else to refer us too. I do intend to let Legacy Traditional School know what has happened to me twice and I have looked elsewhere to purchase uniforms for my grandchildren.
