French Toast Avis 

I can’t believe you have to pay a fee to return something to French Toast! I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t refunded the whole amount, I called and was told there is a fee for a return no matter what. I paid over $10 to ship it back because there was no return label attached! Plus charged a fee of 13.03!!
Not ordering it from this company again!

I came on here to leave a review and seen the other tons of bad reviews!! customer service is no help at all!! They say easy returns when that is not the case at all...Ive been trying to return uniform pants for 3 weeks and they all tell you the same thing a return label is on the way!! I believe they tell you that until your 30 day time period is up and they can no longer refund you!! Unless you want to be stressed out do not shop with them!!!

Absolutely terrible! Bought shirts because online it said “in stock,” and all over the website it says will ship in 2-3 days. Well my item never shipped. Days, weeks passed every person I spoke too didn’t know what happened or where the shirts even were. Finally, after 3 weeks they’re willing to give me a refund. It’s been 5 days and still no refund, currently on the phone with them and their hold times are long. Will have to dispute with the bank. Super unacceptable, my child did not have the adequate uniform to wear for the first day of school, I had to buy used (which is ok). I won’t buy from them, and I suggest you don’t either unless you want to deal with these kinds of issues.

Worst experience ever! I ordered uniforms on July 6,2022. One rep told me they would be shipped the following day on 6/29/22 which was untrue. Another emailed and said they were in embroidery, could take 10-15 days then another sent me an email last week saying they were in embroidery and could take 15-20 days. They cannot give me a straight answer of when my kids would have their uniforms. I am borrowing a used uniform from the school and washing it daily. This is ridiculous and I will never order from this company again. I would encourage any prospective buyer to buy from a different store and see about getting them embroidered locally if needed. Not only is is cheaper but it would be quicker. French toast has terrible customer service and do not hold their own policy of 3-5 day shipping. We have not been sent a single item or given an answer as to when my order would ship and it’s now been well over a month of back and forth with them. Save yourself the headache and Do not order from FrenchToast!!

So far very bad experience with ordering with Frenchtoast.com. they have good quality clothes, true. But I'm still waiting on my embroidered school uniform order and I needed it a week ago. Trying to get through to ask about it for the third time in a month and I feel like I'm on hold with the IRS!!! Never will I ever order from them again. I have two other options to order from and one of them will get my business from now on; not french toast!!!

If I could give French Toast no stars I would. They completely messed up my order and put wrong logs on them. When I called and complained all I got was sorry. I did everything they asked to get full refund and they refused to give me my money back. On top of that I had to go buy new shirts. Very unprofessional and shady do not use.

Ordered my kid’s school shirts a month ago. Two weeks later I called and they had not been shipped but they promised to send them by the next day. Two more weeks later I called again and… they have not been shipped! AGAIN! My kids have school in two days and there’s no uniform for them! Plus they told me that I need to wait 5-8 more days for them to “review” the case! At this point I need them sent overnight! But, that was not an option. Customer service was fatal and it took me 40 min to get a hold of someone. I am so upset.

Horrible company! I’m so pissed that my daughter school switched uniform company’s. I never had this issue with uniforms. French toast does not meet your needs. Ordering uniform which came way too big. Having too call over 20 times too received a return label, because they don’t send one in the box. Too speak to a representative and Every customer service person I spoke too, said different things. You have to wait 7-10 business days for a return label, Not happy. Now let’s see how long it takes for me too receive my refund. The quality & material is cheap. Success academy has to do better.

My sons school Success Academy changed companies to French Toast and this has been the worst experience in my life, I received the package in a timely manner but the clothes are cheap and thin and sizing is different from what Im used to ordering. I tried to go online to print a shipping label and I receive a message stating my items were not shipped so I cant get a label, I call to then hear a Emailed label will take 7 to 10 business to receive Never in my life heard nothing like it. I called since August 4th and no label, spoke to 7 different representatives to hear that my ticket wasnt even opened for them to process the return label and my son starts school on wed August 17th, disgusted with this place and lack of communication. The representatives all lack sympathy and dont want to help especially the men. And they can never connect you to a supervisor apprently they cant get in touch with one, such liars. I pray this changes or I will have to switch my son school I will not deal with this with incompetent people.

My son's school changed uniform companies to French Toast and I am not happy. I received my order in a timely manner however I do not like the material, it looks and feels cheap. The sweater is the worst, after a couple washes it's over and the prices are not worth it. I will not be purchasing anymore uniforms from this company.

I ordered 8 shirts with the school logo on them in the wrong size. When I called to exchange them, customer service told me they could not take them back because of the logo. I even asked if they had some sort of program where they exchange shirts of the wrong size. The answers was no. French toast needs better customer service standards. All I wanted is the right size shirts after paying for them so my daughter could wear her shirts to school. Now I’m stuck with 8 unopened shirts that don’t fit her.

The absolutely WORST place to buy your kids uniforms.I ordered a couple shirts for my son, first of all they send my order to wrong address and I had go from ups to usps to track my order after finding my order they sent the shirt with no logos on them!!! I had to call them multiple times but no luck on getting my shirts with the logo on them , I paid $50 for two shirts and still don’t have them after 2 months!!!!!!shame on management and shame on this company!!!!!!just save your time , money and sanity and stay away from this company.

I got the school tshirt for my daughter. The size is very large. It is not fitting with all branded tshirts.
I am trying to replace. but they are not accepting. Very poor experience.

Returned two items for refund or replacement and have received neither one. And they claimed they refunded my money

Ordered Aug 21st, they canceled my order 4 days later without contacting me. I saw the charge credited to my account and contacted them to find out the order was canceled. The supervisor never contacted be back. My daughter will start private school with NO UNIFORM thanks to this horrible company. I question WHY her school even uses them in the 1st place with such BAD reviews. 15 days I get stuff custom made in china and shipped quicker.

Order placed July 6. Expected processing to take 2-3 weeks with the necessary embroidery. Contacted them today Aug 1 and they haven't even processed the order. So now the uniforms will not arrive in time for the start of school. Very poor service. They wouldn't even ship out the items that did not require embroidery to help the situation. Say they can't split the shipment from the items that require embroidery.

Not satisfied. Made an order on July 21st and immediately received a confirmation order number. I called on the 28th of July to check the status of the order. I come to find out that the order never went through due to a problem with my new address not matching the address on the credit card. No message box letting me know that the order did not go through because there was a problem with the zip code. No email was sent to notify me that there was a problem. I called and was told that they would expedite my order. I asked the lady on the phone, "How long does expedite order take?". She said she did not know. I then ask what if I am paying for it? She said 2-3 days. Ok, I then ask how long for embroidery, she said up to an additional 10 days. You have to ask because they will not let you know. I spoke to the supervisor to confirm how long I needed to wait since my daughter starts school in 7 days. He said up to an additional 15 days. Online it says up to 10-11 days. In short, my daughter will be going to school without her uniform for a while, all because their website is not programmed or coded with a message box to let the customer know that there was an issue with the order. Which is weird because every other place that I have ordered lets me know if there is a problem with a message box pop up or an email notification. Not this place, you as a customer are suppose to assume on your own that it never went through.

Placed another order for required school uniform shoes, they sent to the wrong address, and when they discovered their mistake, they canceled the order, instead of sending it to me, and told me to place another (4th) order for the same thing (because of their mistakes). This is 3 times I have been trying to get the same thing and just can't. Will inform the school that French Toast can't fulfill orders and my kid won't have access to required uniform.

0 stars! Horrible customer service and extremely deceptive practices. Honestly, I feel robbed! They would not honor the promotion advertised and charged me for shipping when in my cart under shipping it states free shipping (this option was available and I selected this) but at checkout, I am still being charged for the shipping. First attempt at calling customer service I was met with a extremely rude agent. I called customer service twice more and the excuse every time was, their system was down and that they can see my order but the system wouldn’t allow for anything to be done/ corrected. I was told to call back in the morning and see if someone else could help me. So frustrating and the worse thing is, I am forced to order from this company because they’re the company the school chose.

The quality of the clothing is good. But returns are a terrible experience. They charge shipping for all items and if you need to return something they charge you the shipping for that as well. Terrible customer service. Will find someplace else for my future business.
