Fruitful Office Avis 6

We have a delivery of milk and a fruit basket twice a week from Fruitful Office for our staff. The fruit is very good quality and stays fresh for ages - although in our office it never lasts long!

Excellent customer service and many could learn from them. If I ever need to amend a delivery it's quick and easy to do either online or as I prefer via email, they always reply promptly in a polite, friendly & helpful manner.

They have a great sustainability piece with tree planting and send regular updates to show how our purchases have contributed.

I would 100% recommend.

Had an issue with a short delivery but sent an email to Neev who sorted the problem straight away.

Good service overall, Delivery is always on time and complete. Customer service reaction is very quick and change requests are realised fast.
Internal communication could be better when there is a change of driver about specific instructions.

I inquired about getting a delivery to my office on Mondays. Leticia confirmed via email that Mondays were available despite it not showing availability online, and she said she'd update in the back end of the system once I placed the order. Once I had placed the order she emailed me and said actually Monday isn't available, so I asked to cancel the order. I haven't heard back from her in 4 days despite following up multiple times. While I do think she should have confirmed that delivery Monday was possible before telling that to me, we all make mistakes. What I don't find acceptable is to make the mistake and then completely ghost me, don't fix the mistake, and refuse to cancel the order that I placed under false pretenses. I'd appreciate your swift attention to this.

UPDATE: after I made a huge stink I finally heard back.

The customer service is excellent, it was really easy to set up and they have proven to be very reliable. We have been receiving our fruit for a few months now and we had a slight issue with the quality and they were very responsive about it and made us feel very looked after. They have continued to check in with us on a regular basis to make sure we are happy and always respond very quickly when I email them. I would definitely recommend.
