THE WORST EXPERIENCE

I hired Fulfillment Pros on July 26, 2024, hoping to take my online business to the next level. I paid \$12,500 for the *Platinum Website Stage IV* and *Category Restructure* services, offered by Gary Wong.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Months went by and I saw no changes or meaningful progress from Fulfillment Pros. There was a complete lack of results and very poor communication.

After several attempts to reach out, I finally spoke with Gary and expressed my concerns. We agreed on a \$2,000 refund as compensation for the work that was never done. However, it's been almost a year and I still haven’t received that refund. To this day, I’m still waiting for a response or a real solution.

Please be very careful so you don't get scammed like I did. I am living proof, and I would never hire Fulfillment Pros again. Gary Wong is great at selling—but not at keeping his promises.

Don’t waste your time with this company, small print will leave you doing everything they promised they would do for you and your site. Very sad with the amount of $ and time spent.. I was sold on services that all I had to do was get my suppliers and a (specific)file for their products to put on my website the supplier didn’t have the specific file for the products and I had to put on the products myself (doesn’t sound to bad until you see there are over 1400 products with variations. Then they suggested that I compress some of the products that were the same, but different variations ( they said it was my job to do that also. I don’t mind the work, but I was promised one thing and I have done 90-95 % of the work. It asked for the date of experience, but truthfully it has been almost a year of regrets! I hope Mr. Gilbert Walker the CEO sees this very sad smh. There is a lot more, but
