I bought a Ludo soft toy for my daughters birthday as she loves labyrinth. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture and the quality was appalling. You could see where the fur had been stuck onto it's face, hands and feet. If I could attach a photo I would. It's so bad that I can't give it to her. I shall be attempting to return it but I doubt it will be a straight forward process seeing as you have to email them to do so. I certainly won't be buying anything from them again and don't recommend anybody else does either.

AVOID AT ***ALL*** COSTS!!!!

Ordered the three Labyrinth movie figures (Ludo, Diddymus and Worm), all of which looked great in the photos on the website.

Only the Worm eventually turned up… and was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE: cheap, nasty, poorly made TAT… definitely NOT the figure shown on the site, the depiction of which is clearly a deliberate ploy to deceive buyers and con them into parting with their money because nobody in their right mind would pay for the ACTUAL product you get if that were to be shown up front!

The other two figures simply never turned up!

Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and raised a case with them - after a LOT of form filling, they sorted me out a full refund under their protection plan - the company itself wanted to me to return the Worm to them in the States at my own cost, and only offered a 30% refund of the original price!

Save yourself TIME, EFFORT and more importantly MONEY by simply NOT DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BUNCH OF SHYSTERS TO BEGIN WITH… you’ll be sorry if you do!

Ordered the Labyrinth toys for a Xmas present, took ages to arrive but when the package did arrive one was missing and the other two were awfully made, cheap falling apart and not as sold.

Do not buy be aware!
It says returns on the site, got hold of aftercare, but now are not replying, I negotiated a part refund 30% for the two that arrived and a full refund for the one that did not arrive, still waiting for the refund?

Ordered the worm from Labyrinth, was £24.99 plus p&p so £29.99 altogether, when it arrived I was disappointed to say the least, was cheap and nasty, made out of cheap hard plastic head, with very cheap bits of fluff stuck on, most of which came off in my hand, I have requested a refund as it was a lot of money for something that wouldn't be out of place in a pound shop
