My experience with **Furlenco** has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
A simple swap/return request has remained unresolved for over 61 days despite multiple follow-ups on calls, chats, and emails.
Their team keeps giving new SLAs, fails to update even a basic phone number change, and continues to harass us with repeated payment calls.
The app experience is poor, requests get cancelled automatically, and customer support has shown no real ownership.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Furlenco to anyone looking for reliable service or customer care.

The worst experience to ever have and I really think and pray no one should ever have to go through this. It’s ridiculous how these support agents work. Useless, pathetic and entirely a waste of time to even trust these people with any issues you’re facing.
It’s been 12 days since I’ve had this Livpure water purifier delivered to my house and no one from the support agents are bothered to take action over something so simple as an installation. They only want to be sounding like they want to help and that they understand your situation but, trust me, it’s a joke to them. They keep sending auto mated mails that they’re going to resolve your issue but, whereas they’re least bothered whether the work is going to get done or not.
It’s the worst so called “support agents” I’ve ever heard or seen, up until now.
I would never ever recommend this stupid app to anyone.
I was initially happy to hear about this app from my friends back in Mumbai who’s introduced me to this app, probably there they’re not facing such issues as here in Chennai and I’ve recently moved here and was actually looking forward to have a happy stay renting here, but highly disappointing and frustrating, stressful kind of experience tbh.

I wish, I had gone through these other reviews earlier before downloading the app, I would have saved so much of my time and energy and money of ofcourse.
I’m going to get behind their lives for my refund now. They’ve spoiled my mood, mental peace and everything that you can think of and now, I’m not going to let them live peacefully. JUST WAIT AND WATCH.

MY HONEST SUGGESTION - PLEASE DON’T RENT OUT OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS APP (if you value your time, energy, money and your mental peace)

The worst service and worst experience…

This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever faced with any company. The team is extremely unprofessional, highly commercial, and completely careless when it comes to resolving customer issues. They make false promises repeatedly and never prioritize customer concerns.

There is no proper customer support access, and every time we are told that someone will call back within 30 minutes — but no one ever does. I faced multiple issues during both delivery and return of the products, and every process was unnecessarily delayed.

What is even more disappointing is that the service team intentionally performs incomplete work and prolongs the process so customers are forced to continue paying extra rental charges. The Chapman team openly expects money, and if you do not give them what they want, they simply close the ticket without resolution. After that, customers only receive automated WhatsApp apology messages asking to “reschedule,” while the company continues charging rental payments on time without fail.

This company makes customers feel helpless and frustrated with endless follow-ups. They do not value customer time, trust, or satisfaction. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before renting products from this company. Extremely disappointing and stressful experience.

They send damaged product and now taking a lot of time of replacement and it’s a refrigerator my time is getting wasted how to solve this I don’t know and their customer support is worst I have a Furlenco store near by still taking 5 another days for replacement worst thing

Pathetic product & customer service

I subscribed to Furlenco’s unlimited plan, which includes a bed, TV, sofa, fridge, wardrobe, and washing machine. Unfortunately, the cot, sofa, and fridge arrived damaged. I stay at the property for only about 5 days a month and haven’t used these items even once. I’ve raised the issue five times through the app and called customer support more than five times, but I’ve received no proper resolution. Tickets are closed as fine without any on-site inspection.
When I try to end the subscription due to this service despite zero usage they require payment for four additional months. This level of customer support is unacceptable for a rental service. Furlenco should improve product quality and support before continuing operations and should have empathy instead eating my hard earning blood

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. My order (ORD7277600930) arrived with a defective AC, and since then, it’s been a complete nightmare.

There is no proper customer support—no calling number, only chat support where no executive ever connects. It feels like talking into a void. It’s been over a week, and instead of the company taking responsibility, I’m the one constantly chasing their technician with zero resolution.

I’ve essentially paid for a product that doesn’t work and a service that doesn’t exist. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Would not recommend at all.

Such a pain in the a** these furlenco service providers are. My refunds is still stuck with them since 9 working days now. Trust me guys Rentomojo is way better than these losers. Will never recommend them to anyone unless if anyone wants more problems in life. 0.3/10

I understand that the products would be ‘mint like’ condition, but I didn’t expected patchwork. Otherwise it was great. Keep up the good job, hope to see better services.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience with Furlenco.
Ok only for short usage of 3 months, else go with rentomojo, if willing to pay advance.

Delivery exact times are not shared, and they are unwilling to accomodate post ringing on same day.

Despite the refrigerator and washing machine used for a month, I was still required to continue paying rent for both appliances for two months of the subscription. A pickup request was raised, but only afterwards was I informed that rent charges would continue to apply. It makes no sense to expect customers to keep paying rent on unused appliances,and showing no wilingness to make an accomodation for even the final month of 3 months period.

The products themselves were also underwhelming. The top-load washing machine did a poor job of cleaning clothes properly, the microwave provided was too small for practical use, and overall the appliances did not meet expectations.

The installation experience was even worse. Nearly two weeks were wasted because the washing machine was installed incorrectly. The delivery and assembly staff came without proper tools and left the washing machine drainage pipe on the floor instead of installing it properly. When I raised concerns, I was given excuses rather than a solution.

Overall, poor service, poor communication, average products, and very little effort to resolve customer concerns.

Cheaters

Cheaters. Fraud.
They charge you. Make you autopay.
Then autopay cannot be removed or deleted as their app does not work. Return Product also does not work.

Biggest scam this is.

Horrible 420 cheaters they are.

Infinity subscription it is. U just cannot cancel in between. Their app does not work.
No contact or helpline no to call. Their chat support takes u back to their app !

Planning to take this to police.

Raise any ticket...vague response u get.
