I purchased a small double bed for my son , he’s only had it a month and can feel the springs in the mattress. I tried calling numerous times to complain but the phone line answers then cuts off . I have tried to email but no response. Do not buy from this company. The products are cheap and are not fit for purpose. If something looks too good to be true ..it usually is !
Avoid this company!!! I purchased a bed through them via Wowcher..missing screws, damaged headboard..and was verbally abused by the manager when contacted.shoddy goods, disgusting after care..rude, unhelpful..never ever again..wowcher should never have this amateur company on their site AVOID how i wish i would have checked out the reviews before ever giving them my money..they should NOT be allowed to trade, they are a scam, absolutely revolting person called Teri, abused me on phone, and was vile.
I bought a mattress from this company on ‘Wowcher’. It was advertised as a ‘deep mattress’, but measured a depth of 4 inches, more like a mattress topper, certainly not deep.
Unfortunately I didn’t open the mattress straightaway as I was moving house and thought it would be better for the removal men in a roll as it had arrived.
On opening the ‘mattress’ I was shocked to find I had definitely been sent the wrong item and on the advice of Wowcher contacted Furnitalia with photographs. They said they could do nothing as the 30 day period had expired. My point is that the wrong item had been sent to me, I would never have ordered a mattress measuring depth of 4 inches. They knew what they were doing and I feel cheated that I have spent my hard earned money on something which isn’t useable. Be warned!!
