Furniture Village - Aintree Avis 

Really professional set our couch up and ready to use.
They took all the wrapping off and took it away.

Wardrobe I ordered was delivered with wrong size internal drawer and divider and a scratch on one of the wooden panels

Doug assisted us in the Aintree store and was absolutely brilliant. Gave superb advice in different types of sofas, arrangements, fabrics and colours. Actually went in for a dining table and chairs which we had seen online but after visiting the shop, and being advised by Doug, we found one that was ideal. The store manager was also able to help with processing my deposit and seemed very approachable. All in all a good experience and was able to make a purchase.

Enquiry today was dealt with by Ankush who was most helpful in arranging to get our issue resolved.

Aintree store, were very good, not to pushy, which I prefer. However still available when I wanted to ask questions. Excellent customer service. Second time we've bought in the store and will go back and recommend

Despite leaving a very negative review for the delivery side of my dining furniture, I have to leave an honest review of the our experience of the actual store as it was very positive. The staff were all extremely helpful and both Lauren and the manager Dan were very helpful throughout the order process which was very easy and the delivery timeframes were explained. Fast forward 7 weeks and Dan being the Manager also helped us after our first disastrous delivery of our new dining furniture and again following problems with a second delivery today (for which a separate review has been submitted with 1 star given). In summary the store itself and the staff at the actual showroom are amazing however, the subcontracting of the delivery teams let this company down and I would therefore be very hesitant about ordering anything further from Furniture Village due to having to practically build our own furniture in the end.

The customer service by Doug was second to none. He was knowledgeable about the product we wanted to purchase and only approached if he thought we needed help.

Phil was a pleasure to deal with, he was up and down the stairs getting different codes for the package we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, would definitely shop at furniture village again and recommend it to friends and family

A very friendly and helpful gentleman named Phil assisted us with the purchase of our new sofa today. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and be sure to shop there again.
