Furniture Village - Aintree Avis 

We visited the Furniture Village Aintree store last week to choose new sofas. After looking around, we sought the help of their sales consultant Phil Aldridge. He was very friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable of the options available. We left the store having a clear idea of what we wanted and felt we hadn’t been pressured to buy there and then. Returned this weekend and with the help of Phil placed our order. He made the whole process simple and straightforward. Overall a positive experience!

Beautiful sofas. very helpful staff in the shop helping with our decision. Excellent communication about the delivery which was exactly in the timescales they advised on ordering. The delivery was amazing… sofas were so well packed and the delivery guys were brilliant- careful delivery and took all the packaging away, even picking up a few bits which had fallen on the floor - cannot recommend highly enough.

Seen the matress online but went to the local store to see and test the store assistant was very helpful, and we went home to think about it, then decided to buy online as the price was good and the quality was excellent I hope we finally have a good night's sleep when it arrives

Excellent from start to finish, everyone we met in store were polite knowledgeable and very helpful.
Delivery was prompt and we were kept informed about the time, date etc.

Went to Aintree Furniture village to look at the sale items. Found a recliner chair and was helped by Phil who was a delight - no pressure sales - looking forward to delivery so I can enjoy my new chair.
