Furniture Village - Bolton Avis 

Had a great afternoon choosing our new mattress. Sunny was a helpful gentleman, knowledgeable without being pushy. Allowed us plenty of time to check, double check, then try and eventually decide on a well priced item.

The staff Daniel is a professional guy and he gives smart tips for installation of furniture to us.

Delivery guys where spot on, covered what needed covering, respectful to our property and had a laugh in the process very professionals Service

All members of staff we spoke with were very helpful and informative. We visited the Middlebrook store at Horwich several times to be sure we chose the furniture wanted and were happy with our decisions. Mark eventually took a large order for several big items, he was helpful and chatty he made our experience easy.

Went to have a look at sofas at Bolton branch. I knew the look i wanted so just wanted to see comfort level etc. Trevor came over to see how I was getting on and explained things needed to know. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without the hard sell. I decided to think about things and rang the store the next day to place my order!

Lee Smith is a wonderful salesman. He is kind, caring, not pushy & a great laugh.

We had Lee order our sofas over 15 years ago & you couldn’t ask for better furniture, than FV. So we knew we wanted him to help us again.

Lee helped us pick the perfect furniture for our guest room. He made sure that we were happy with it all, gave us a lot of info & advice on aftercare. I’m so looking forward to its arrival.

Well, for us the experience of entering a store without feeling pressured is important. We were approached by a salesman (Lee Smith) but from the start he had a friendly and helpful manner and listened carefully while we explained what we were looking for and guided us. At no time did we feel rushed. We found exactly what we wanted - in fact we bought a second chair which we hadn’t planned on. I just mentioned I would be looking for a chair for myself and explained the type I was looking for. Lee took us straight to a choice of three. We were able to choose one which matched the colour of the settee. The paperwork was explained and completed quickly. My five stars are based totally on our buying experience today. I’ll review the goods when they arrive.

What a amazing experience l had at the furniture village middlebrook store. The manager and Sunny went above and beyond to help with the purchase of a leather sofa, chair and footstool. The store and the staff are highly recommended l wouldn't hesitate in going back for future purchases.
