Furniture Village - Cheadle Avis 

Our experience today with Jason was very informative. He took us through the different kinds of upholstery for the swivel recliner chairs that we were looking for. He was very kind and patient with us as we are getting on in age. I would fully recommend this furniture store.

Buying furniture can be stressful but Tracy the sales consultant was knowledgeable and patient and allowed us as much time as we needed. So in the end , thanks to Tracy, we made the right choice . There was no pressure at all to purchase and the whole experience was anxiety free. Thank you

We purchased a new mattress from
Furniture village in Cheadle Hulme today. The salesman Mahmoud was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Looking forward to sleeping comfortably soon.

Jason's customer service was excellent. We spent a few hours looking at beds and Jason's knowledge, patience and service was outstanding. We eventually decided on a bed and even bought dining room table and chairs at the same time. We also explained we would be back to look at further beds and bedroom furniture. Jason took the tome to show us suitable beds for our 2 older boys. When you get good customer service like this, it makes you want to come back.

Me and hubby went into Manchester store with intention to purchase whole home furnishings. However we were hounded from the second we arrived - we didn’t have any opportunity to sit and discus with each other our options. Despite the sales person saying she would leave us to look around we were followed throughout the store both up and down stairs!! Really put us off buying, way too pushy. We did buy furniture that day but unfortunately not from furniture village.

The service was excellent. We were met by a very friendly member of staff, Fiona Selby, who apologised for not having the sofa in the showroom which we had seen on line, but showed us an alternative which suited our requirements even better. We bought 2 sofas, the paperwork was completed efficiently & we left very satisfied customers.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was served by a lovely man called Jason. I told him what i was looking for and he showed me what might be suitable. I couldn't have wished for a nicer guy he explained everything to me. I made a purchase and everything went well.

We were left alone to browse and then Tracey, a helpful assistant, came along and took our order with no fuss or ado.

Excellent customer service when buying our new mattress as I've already said last Tuesday. Today I was contacted with the proposed delivery date and told to expect a message the day before with a time slot. If all goes to plan, then my experience will warrant 5 stars.

Went looking for a three piece suite.
The sales guy was very helpful about the styles and materials that could be offered, he wasn't pushy but explained about the other products, sliders for example.
Went through the order with us to make sure there were no mistakes

Staff very helpful, no pressure, took time to show us everything we wanted to see. Even let us take the sample fabric book home to match colours in our home.

Still waiting for an update on our furniture, 1 week on and nothing. New sofa received with 4 out of 5 seats having damaged material… not great!! 🤨

Mohammed was brilliant , answered all our concerns and gave guidance that was useful. The staff in the hadforth store in general are helpful.
