Sales consultant Humma supported us through the end of our purchase with immense patience, guided us with suitable options relative to our space, furniture shopping have never been enjoyable as it was this time Many thanks to lovely Humma and the Team

Boroka was extremely helpful, very professional, and knew the product and understood what we were looking for in a dining table. She explained everything very clearly and walked us through the terms, cleaning process, and payment. Everything went very smoothly.

The shop was well set out and had a large range of stock. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their pieces of furniture. Our visit was made very welcoming by Syan the sales person. There was no pressure to buy there and then. An all round good experience.

Kevin met us at the entrance and wasn’t in the least bit pushy. He was very informative about all the products we looked at.

Sayan took time to help me order my dining table and chairs and my sofas on my first order unfortunately the measurements of the sideboard unit was too big for my living room space ( i lost money on this through cancellation) Delivery was on time. Today 4/9/26 I made a further order of 2 table lamps, a lamp table , a floor lamp and a mirror again excellent service from Sayan

My wife and I visited Furniture Village in Farnborough and had a fantastic experience. We were hosted, rather than handled, by the excellent Syan Satwinder who assisted us in finding our super king mattress. No pushy sales tactics, just super advice and we were left to trial some for ourselves and to discuss as a couple. When ready, Syan advised us further based on our preferences and we ultimately walked away with the one we spotted online, yet validated our decision in store. From start to finish a great experience. Mattress arrived promptly after a minor issue, of which Syan rectified immediately. Brilliant all round. Thank you Syan for being so helpful with us. It was clear to us you knew exactly what customer service looks like!

Ordered, then the sales person realised afterwards they had ordered wrong colour, so I hope I get the right colour arriving. This was at the Farnborough gate store

Chris was very nice, calm, knowledgable man and a fellow T1D like me. He helped us understand what we needed to which enabled us to decide on the bed we wanted for our son. We bought our first Hypnos bed from FV and we respected and appreciated the customer services then so came back again. Keep up the good work. Thank you (FYI your cookies are amazing, helps with the decision making as well as puts you in a happy place!!!). Would suggest a kids area so they can go there and be looked after whilst we as parents look around. Hard sometimes as kids get bored. Thank you

Boroka was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. There was a good choice and we bought 4 Augusta dining chairs in clay fabric which we are sure will go perfectly with our existing table. We also followed Boroka's recommendation and paid for care + protect which seems a good idea where light coloured fabic is involved.
