Very helpful but left alone to choose before we committed.

Today I was met and served by a gentleman called Tim. Tim was interested in what I was looking for and explained where I could find the different options. I was quite indecisive but Tim took his time to help me finally come to a decision. Thanks Tim and great service all round

Friendly welcome when entering the store. Good knowledge of stock as took us to the item looking for. Offered tea and cookie while we were looking at sofa.

Darhys Nugent at furniture village gillingham store was unbelievably friendly and helped us to make the choices in regard to our sofas and dining set. He went above and beyond, even carrying different chairs downstairs so we could see the fabric of the dining chairs against our sofas so we were sure on the correct colour match. It was a no pressure sale and he secured us a very good deal for our new furniture. He went through everything in fine detail so we really understood our purchase and finance. Darhys also went through the care packages and this made us feel more at ease. Would recommend Darhys for his amazing customer service and all round friendly approach. I recently had some furniture delivered and unfortunately noticed that my sideboard had been damaged. I contacted the Gillingham branch, and they got back to me the very same day.

Later that day, I spoke with Amber from the Gillingham branch. She was polite, professional and extremely helpful, quickly arranging a replacement sideboard for me.
I really appreciated the excellent customer service.

The delivery men were awful. The one that did most of the assembly of the table has scratched the metal legs of the table with an Allen key. All he was oncerned with was my wife and I leaving him a five star review as if he received a certain number he would get a day off work ! He almost bullied my wife and I into scanning his business card q r code there and then and pressing the five stars, we didn't do it. Then when the delivery men left we found a large number of discarded cable ties from packaging nd at least 10 Allen keys from assembly just dumped on the driveway. Not impressed with th service and probable won't shop with Furniture Village again

Paul who just sold us a 2 seater electric recliner and chair was absolutely reassuring and very helpful on information we asked definately shop there again
