Emma was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I had previous looked at sofas so knew what I wanted to purchase. The finance plan was explained and I left very happy counting down my 12 weeks now 😁

We told Philip what we wanted by way of the ideal bed as a present for our daughter and he found it for us!

Great experience at my local store in Hull. Really helpful assistant, who checked if I needed anything, offered me a drink, gave me plenty of time to walk round the store. I placed an order with her for a rug. It's gorgeous and looks so lovely in my dining room. Smooth easy process.

Very good service no problem with the purchase

The staff member was welcoming without being pushy. He actively listened to me making me feel welcome and built up a rapport. He was able to respond appropriately to questions and establish my needs. I was offered refreshments and able to browse and test at my leisure without pressure. The salesman was did not press for the sale but advised me to recheck my measurements so I could make a correct buying decision between ( a 3 seater and 2 seater) or a ( 3 seater and an armchair). It was nice to be welcomed back with my information and be able to make the right decision for me and I felt reassured when returning to the store and again not being rushed. I actually bought add ons including a puffee, another swivel chair and some insurance. I am very happy with the professional advice and customer service from Billy.

Great store and great member of the team. Greeted and left to browse no pushy tactics offered drinks kids were offered cookies. And when we decided after looking around the other four stores on the retail park we came back and bought the one we’d seen first. And the process was quick and easy apart from the colour we wanted had been discontinued but just choose another colour. And Simon the staff member couldn’t help enough. Great member of the team.

It was a great experience overall! Elizabeth was very kind and helpful and we worked out a great deal! The deliverers were also very kind and tried their best to get the furniture in the required rooms! They also took their shoes off without us asking so that was also a nice touch

Great service from Thomas he left us alone while we looked at what was available and then was great at helping us to order what we had chosen.

Visited the store at the weekend. Elizabeth is brilliant and seemed to know exactly what I was going for. The service wasn’t forced, and they have really good quality furniture in that store. Elizabeth is the reason I managed to get the sofa I was looking for. Highly recommend. :)

Would recommend. Excellent range of all furniture. Good quality without being overpriced. The salesman, Simon, was not pushy, allowed us to browse but was very informative about the items. When purchasing he was extremely polite, helpful and explained everything. He is an asset to the company.

The best thing was the delivery , hats off to Lee and Jeff who were both friendly , polite and efficient . They constructed the items and then took away all the packaging . Great job 👍

Great customer service, nothing was too much for the sales guy in the shop. He brought a few occasional tables over to a chair I had chosen. Very helpful and helped me to make up my mind. I would definitely recommend using this company...
