Furniture Village - Plymouth Avis 

I am writing to share feedback about the excellent service we received at your Plymouth store.

We initially spoke with Donna & left our contact details because the sofa we had seen online was not yet available to view in-store. She kindly followed up with us as soon as the display model arrived in store so we could come in to see it and look through the colour options.

The store team were all super friendly (& dog friendly). Please pass along our sincere thanks to Donna for her outstanding service throughout the process of ordering our new sofa.

We were looking for a new wardrobe and Matthew made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming than we thought it would be. We were given a really good price with no pressure to place the order. We went away to have another think and make sure we were happy and went back the next day to place the order. Everything was very well explained to use and we also added a lovely new clock to the order. We will definitely be back to see Matthew again in the future. Thank you so much.

Staff helpful and friendly, not in any way pushy

The staff at Furniture Village, Marsh Mills, Plymouth were friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. We were offered coffee whilst walking around the store which we thought was a nice touch. Jayne Summers approached us whilst we were looking at some lights to inform us there was additional money off the ticket price due to a sale. This piqued our interest and after further discussion with Jayne we bought 2 sets of lights. Jayne made us coffee and the whole process was easy and straightforward. The whole sales team and in particular Jayne are an asset to your company. We will definitely be visiting again as we saw other items we liked and I would highly recommend Furniture Village and products.

Gary was fabulous...what a credit to the team! Let us wander the store uninterrupted,but let us know he was there if we needed any assistance, offered coffee on our way in and the whole experience was excellent. He knew the product we were looking at so well and answered all our questions efficiently. Cookies were an added bonus to out experience. We would highly recommend Gary to friends and family.

First of all, the member of staff who was helping us was fantastic! Donna was helpful, understanding of our difficult hallway/corridor problem and made sure the suite we chose was the right one for us. She did not pressurise or hurry us to make this large purchase. We came away happy, excited and not at all stressed. Can't wait for our furniture to be delivered!

Mark and Jamie were very knowledgeable and helpful delivering the sofa and chair, nothing was too much trouble. Sales were also brilliant, couldn't fault him in any way.

My wife and I visted the Furniture Village Shop at Plymouth to explore ideas for a new sofa. We were greeted by Donna who listened carefully to our ideas and directed us towards suitable possibilities. Having introduced us to a new idea (for us) of recliners she explained all the buttons and allayed our fears of any sitting room size restrictions. She was very, very helpful, professional and there were no sale pressures whatsoever. We subsequently ordered with confidence. Thank you Donna.
