Furniture Village - Preston Avis 

Went to browse for furniture, wasn’t looking to buy today, but Danny gave great advice, & found exactly what we were looking for, we shall be back tomorrow. Great service!!

Jay was extremely helpful, he gave us plenty of guidance, while still giving us space to make our decision. Fantastic experience for buying our first sofa in our new house!

Shiva at the Preston branch was so lovely. She explained everything very clearly in terms of my options and I was able to do everything other the phone. I really appreciated this as online ordering options can be tricky.

Dave the sales person who helped us with our purchase was well informed and not in the least bit pushy.
He was very patient giving us time and space to decide on the right table and chairs for our home. He also pointed out when we chose a potential mismatch which we hadn’t noticed.

Up to now, good experience with Shiva. If it hadn't been for her advice about getting settee through the door, I would have made the wrong decision.

I called in to buy a settee on Monday. I knew what I was looking for. I was greeted by Kevin who showed me a range recliners that were similar to what I wanted. He was polite and friendly and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. He gave me product information so I could make an informed choice. He then gave me time to try them, to look around and to consider my purchase. Once I was happy to buy he talked me through the process and gave me the delivery date. Thanks very much for your help Kevin.

I was left to browse and to make my decision on my purchase before a sales person came over. I really appreciated being given this time without feeling pressured. When the sales person came over she was very helpful. She helped me to measure the dining set I was looking at and showed me how the table extended. She did not make me feel pressured, she was very professional. She allowed me time to make my final decision on my purchase. Once I had decided to purchase the dining set the sales person was very informative, talking me through all aspects of the sale, including lead times, delivery and how to care for my purchase. The buying process was seamless and quick. The lady who sorted my sale was very friendly and informative. In the past I have left shops and not made a purchase if I felt harassed by sales people on entering a store but have to say I did not feel like this on my visit to Furniture Village. I can fully recommend them for their professionalism and for the quality and choice of items for sale in their store.

This is the second time I have purchased furniture from this store & as I walked in with my elderly father to buy him a recliner chair, Carolyn who served me last time remembered me & served us again, she was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable & friendly, nothing was too much trouble & as before, her customer service skills were excellent. Store well laid out. Sales person friendly but very professional. Got a great sales deal. Thank you very much. I will not hesitate to shop at the Capital Centre Furniture Village again.
