Very friendly and helpful salesman (Mo) who demonstrated chairs. Delivery man phoned to make appointment for delivery. Have bought from you before so know quality of your furniture. Good parking and happy with everything

Wish there was zero stars, too much to say as my issue has been going on for so long, needless to say even after promises made the most simplest of things seem to be too hard for this Company! my replacement sofa is arriving today (hopefully) & this will be the last time I ever use this Company

Paid in cash for our sofa. Ordered 17th February 2026. Noticed the pattern being deformed by bobbling that we were not informed about and splits to a side of one cushion this was about 3 months after delivery. Informed Furniture village someone came out today but said the bobbling is to be expected and should have been warned which we weren't. The splits he has repaired but still not happy with the result. A nearly new sofa should not be in this state and are advised to keep covers over it. So why bother choosing a colour if you have to keep it covered. This sofa we would not have chosen if we knew it would look like this after only 3 months what's it going to be like in a year it cost £2500 so not cheap and have had a sofa from here before so expected better.

Jimmy was great when we ended up buying a new sofa on a bit of a whim! Made the whole process very quick and easy even with our indecisiveness on colour choices

The calm and understated sales approach giving us time to consider all our options without pressure. Mo was a charming contact at the Reading branch. The ordering and deposit process was straightforward. Delivery was suggested at some 2-4 weeks, but came within 1-2.
The installation of the table and chairs was smooth and ALL packaging cleared from the site. Ilham & Mushi were quick and efficient. With clear instructions and advice on using the levelling of the table (& other features) offered.
Overall a seamless and professional service. Thanks!!👍

I bought £7600/= bedroom and dining furniture still not received complete documents (finances documents) when I went to furniture village shop in Reading no one helped

We ordered a dinning table and chairs, expecting delivery in 2- 3 weeks, but to our delight received it in 10days!
Two humorous but very professional men came to deliver it today and did an excellent joy, installing, taking away all packaging and leaving the place tidy. Thank you Reef Sio for the excellent delivery service.

Popped in to the Reading branch to look at some beds. Was looked after by a chap called Chris who was sent over from the Farnborough branch. Have to say the service we received from Chris was excellent. His knowledge was first class and he was not pushy at all. Our intention was just to look at beds today and purchase later. However, as the service from Chris was excellent we purchased the bed there and then. I don't normally purchase things on the spot but this time round have made an exception. Hopefully, its money well spent. Once again, thanks to Chris.
