Furniture Village - Rugby Avis 

I was not hurried or hassled, and the salesman was very helpful, not pushy at all.
I made a purchase and it was all very easy and explained well.

We needed a replacement chest of drawers to replace one that was falling apart. We went to Furniture Village in Rugby and initially were met by a salesperson who said if we needed any help just ask. We spent some time looking for a suitable item, and were briefly interrupted by this salesperson checking we still did not need any help. He was not insistent, and left us alone to make our own decision. When we had found a suitable item, we went back to the salesperson who was very helpful and gave us a further offer we were unaware of. He also reassured us about delivery and placement in the room of our choice upstairs. We were very satisfied with the process and look forward to receiving our new furniture in due course.

When we walked into the store we were greeted by Andy. He was so professional, not pushy and took the time to understand what we wanted. He knew the importance of the size of the dining set we were looking for and he only gave us the options that best suited us. We couldn’t decide on the day especially as our 2 yr old was being a pain! So we went back the next day to weigh up our options. In the end we brought our dining set and again Andy made the process so easy and seamless.
The rest of the staff at Furniture Village were also very friendly and welcoming. Great service from great people’s people!

Very helpful staff member who didn't keep hassling me but was not far away if needed. The only thing that would have been better would be not having to wait so long for the item to come into stock .

Dawn was very helpful. We had been into the store a couple of times before. The first time we were offered the display at the price displayed on the table, but we were at the beginning of our search. When we returned the salesman said it was not possible to do the 6 chairs ( 4 slatted and 2 roll back) for the price on the table and was not at all pleasant. We went back today and spoke with Dawn who said we would have to pay extra for the roll back chairs, but when she went on the computer the whole set was £1,200. She was very pleasant and didn't make us feel small for seeking the better price. So we purchased the dining set.
