Lovely people sheffield shop, I even gave jonathan a great review..
But now the delivery of my mattress and pillow, o sorry no pillow arrived he tells me.
Driver is in back of van so young lad says can you help me up stairs with mattress..
I sign for delivery and off they go.
So I phone Sheffield branch I them I'm not happy.
My son has a wardrobe ordered and I said make sure you don't help with wardrobe as they are idle people..

The salesman was very helpful giving us information etc. also he was so patient while we was trying to make a decision on which sofa to buy. We was happy with our purchase and the price.

Great sofa bed on clearance

Very polite and respectful delivery staff.
Updated us twice as to how long they would be.
On arrival they rolled a long mat over our very light carpets. However, the weather was dry and the mat was not really needed but the respect and thought was appreciated.
They delivered us a heavy double bed mattress and even took it upstairs to the bedroom that it was purchased for.
Excellent service !

Showroom is appealing, staff were available but not intrusive. They gave information and space for decisions / choices to be made. ( thanks Omar). It was a relaxed interaction .

Just good customer service. Made to feel very comfortable, able to browse without having pushy salesmen around you.
I bought my sofas from there and was pleased with the service and quality of the goods
