Micheal did give extra support  and advice through the purchase, he has been so wonderful  and professional  in areas where I felt it may not be possible, he understands the value of a customer and even in busy times lots of reassurance with information before attending to another client and u will all feel valued with no discrimination at all.  I can not thank him enough and his truly an asset for furniture world and I pray others learn from him the kind and polite way of delivering  the message and finding  solutions  to anything that the client may want makes it easy. Once again thank you so much Micheal and will come again

Excellent service with Michael

Visited Stevenage store today and my purchases were handled by Michael. Very polite, friendly and easy to talk to. He accepted my request to let me have a look around the store first without being pushy or following me around. I knew roughly what I wanted and once ready he gave me several suggestions and options which really helped decide what to order. Looking forward to receiving my lovely new furniture.

Michael was extremely helpful in helping us find a suitable sofa for our holiday home and arranging for delivery once it’s ready. We had visited a number of other stores but found Furniture Village had the most options to chose from.

Lots of variety and options to see in the store. Makes a big differnce to see the furniture in person. We were helped by sales consultant Phil, who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. But never once did we feel pressured into a sale, unlike some other furniture stores we had visited previously. In fact, that was a key driver in convincing me to make our purchases here.

When I arrived I was warmly welcomed by Mike. Mike was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and gave good advice. I was not under any pressure to buy. Mike helped with discounts and delivery promptly. Very professional but also welcoming. Highly recommend

We were welcome by a loverly sales person who was very helpful with our enquiry. She left us alone whilst we made our choices and came and checked in with us if everything was OK and did we need anymore help a couple of times. There was no pressure from the staff they also offered us tea and coffee whilst we choose what we were looking at. Once we made our decision the sales person checked with us if that was what we wanted and whilst putting through the order she was explaining everything and other products available,these were offered with no pressure. The sales person was very professional and friendly and new the answers to our questions. The store itself was clean well lit and the displays were well laid out.

Got good advice from the sales team. Not to pushy, but they were on hand to give good and honest answers to our queries. Can't wait for our lush new mattress to be delivered.

We had a great experience finding our first ever sofa for our new home. All the staff were very friendly. Michael helped us and was very patient, friendly and not pushy at all. We came in twice, the first time was to browse and michael helped us with the criteria we had, then we went away to think about it, and returned 2 weeks later to buy it. We would highly recommend!
