Working with Curtis was so refreshing! He is so kind and really took the time to explain everything. I love that he did not rush me as well. I wanted to hear directly from the clinics that the financing would be accepted and he was completely understanding. I am very excited for this opportunity to start our family.

I did not have an easy journey with my treatment in Boston IVF! In fact, everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong! Whatever you do, do not trust financial department - they have no clue what they do or they simply don't care! But it's not why I'm writing this review. This review is dedicated to absolutely special person- Christina Bixler. If it wasn't for this girl, I'd never be able to get everything done in time. She didn't take "no" for an answer with my clinic, she tried to contract them for my financing. Well, as I said, they didn't care and made me finance through "package deal" they have on their website. Really annoying that you are pushed against the wall like that. Then I got "good news" on medication cost and saw Christina's company on pharmacy's website. So, I called her. She said that financing can be done. I called pharmacy. The girl on the phone with monotone voice informed me that there's no contract with Future Family. This is when Christina demonstrated all her professionalism! She got on the phone financial coordinator from the pharmacy, stayed on the phone with me AFTER HOURS to walk me through everything, she was that real support that my clinic should have offered! And she did it all twice! Because pharmacy stuff doesn't know what's going on in their building! She pushed my financing through, she was really good sport! She stayed on it, untill actual shipping of my meds was confirmed with me on the phone ... This is dedication. That is desire to help people. And on top of it, you don't have a "package deal" with Future Family. You only pay back what you used! Imagine that! These places really exist! When comes to Boston IVF I'm yet to see them shine, and I really hope they would. I hope this review helps someone to make a right decision.

Going into IVF we were very uneducated about what to expect. We were given a list of lenders that our clinic works with and i reached out to 3, one being FutureFamily. From my first initial call they were compassionate, patient and kind. They took the time to explain every step of the process in detail and we’re prepared to answer every question I had. The best part is having your own advocate that you can work with throughout your journey. Stephanie has been such a huge support for me through this anytime. I have doubts or questions I can text her for reassurance and support. It sets the standard for what customer service should be like!

I cannot speak more highly of Future Family and in particular, Curtis. This is a difficult process for anyone needing fertility treatment for whatever reason, and it’s hard to plan ahead. We needed funding in place quickly in order to proceed with the next cycle, and Curtis made it happen within about 2 hours start to finish (and on New Year’s Eve no less). Even from our first contact he was empathetic, understanding and supportive. We felt we were in good hands at all times, making this one part of a difficult journey that much easier. We haven’t had the opportunity to work with others within Future Family, yet, but if they are anything like Curtis, you’ll feel like you’ve gained a team of guardian angels through your journey. We worked with Curtis who was an absolute gem! He throughly explained everything about Future Family and the process! What we loved the most was that he gave us time to process everything before we were ready to move forward. He truly supported us each step of the way and has helped us get closer to finally achieving our goal of starting family.

This is my second time using Future Family for a fertility loan. The first time around went smoothly and I had no complaints or issues. This time has been a huge disappointment. I was approved easily, but from there, everything went downhill. After approval, I was emailed a set of instructions to have my funds disbursed to my fertility clinic. I was also advised to use a specific specialty pharmacy to obtain my medications and told that a portion of my loan would be allocated for those. I followed the instructions to the letter but it wasn’t until 3 weeks and multiple phone calls/emails later that I finally had my funds disbursed. I had to ask my fertility clinic to pause payments because the expected funds were so delayed. Every time I called future family they gave me excuses and runarounds, offering little help and instead asking me to be the middleman to ensure my funds were disbursed even though I had already done everything I could do on my end. It added tons of stress to an already stressful situation. My fertility clinic assured me they were requesting the funds but had still not received them. Weeks later, after having to be very pushy, future family finally told me that an email had ”not gone through” that I needed to sign to approve a release of funds. I had never been told that I needed to sign anything else so I didn’t even know to look for the email that wasn’t sent. They resent it and once I signed it, my funds were disbursed 5 days later. But when I called to order my medications, the specialty pharmacy stated they had received no funds for my medications. After calling future family yet again, they refused to admit they made a mistake and did not send the appropriate funds to the specialty pharmacy they requested I use. They also told me that because the funds were already disbursed to my clinic, there was nothing more they could do. Oh, except they did tell me I could take out another loan with them! Ha! So now, I have to pay out of pocket upfront for my medications, which I cannot afford right now (that’s why I got a loan in the first place). I am beyond frustrated with future family and I will never go through them for a loan again. Instead of making my fertility journey easier, they have added nothing but confusion, stress and a feeling of helplessness to my experience. Please save yourself a lot of headache and get a regular personal loan so you have control over your own funds.

I am at the beginning of my journey and Curtis Feimster has been very patience and understanding of answering my million and one questions. Giving us (my husband and I ) a great peace of mind.

I have been paying on a $10,000 loan with Future Family for about 2½ years.
Getting approved was easy and the early months were smooth. Unfortunately, the problems started later and have only grown.

Lost or misapplied payments: At least three payments have been “lost” even though I have bank statements and receipts showing on-time delivery—some payments were even above the monthly amount. Each time I discovered the issue only after I called to ask why my account showed late or past-due.

No notice of address change: Two of those “lost” payments went to the address printed on my statements because Future Family quietly changed its payment address without sending a single email or letter.

Credit score impact: Despite proof of payment and consistent on-time history, they reported me as late years later, damaging what had been excellent credit.

Balance that doesn’t add up: Even after paying roughly $400/month for almost three years, I still allegedly owe about $3,000, which makes no sense given the original loan amount and my occasional extra payments.

Pressure to allow direct bank drafts: I chose to send payments directly instead of giving them automatic access to my account. In hindsight, it feels like they penalize any customer who doesn’t let them pull funds themselves.

I now have to fight to have my credit corrected, and I feel their accounting practices are careless at best and predatory at worst.

Advice to future borrowers:

If you must use them, document everything and keep proof of every payment.

Double-check monthly statements and credit reports.

If possible, pay as much as you can up front and minimize the loan amount to reduce exposure.

Be prepared for poor communication and the burden of proving your own payments.

What began as a simple fertility-financing solution has turned into a stressful, expensive ordeal.
I cannot recommend Future Family based on my experience.
