They are a scam company. The ordered items cannot be returned if they are not the good size as they simply refuse to send the return form and reimbursment.

Sizing wrong & won't accept returns
I ordered a dress for a wedding which arrived in about 2 weeks, in good time. I checked the sizing and ordered accordingly. I went for XL to be safe but the dress fit perfectly apart from around the chest where it virtually flattens! There's no way the dress would even fit a size 14 around the chest. The dress itself and the material was beautiful. No way of altering though. I contacted them within 24 hours and asked to exchange for next size up but all they keep doing after 8 emails is offering me to keep the dress and have 11.00 USD refund as the dress is no longer available... NO! I paid 58.95 USD and the dress is no good so give me more than $11.00 USD

The dress has just arrived & I can tell the size L is going to be too snug. The sizing guide is not very accurate. The style I bought needs to be loose & floaty. Very disappointed as was expensive.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RETURN POLICY. You have to email customer service with reason for return. I did that. Company willing to refund $11 (dress was $49) and to keep the dress. Sent another email and waiting to hear. Modlily site is much better.

I got two items and two different fits
I got two items, a dress and top with matching trousers. I am 5ft 11 and a UK size 18. Sometimes I’m a 16 but rarely do I fit a 20. However, the XL dress is too tight around the chest but the top and trouser combo are Ok. I think the summary table showing how the sizes compare is misleading. I do like the quality though, the material is lovely.

Scam scam Scam! If I could give minus , I would. Fake returns policy. They tried to barter with the amount due back, $8 then $15, then $18 and keep the cheap tacky material dress. No one will ever get an exchange or full refund.
Garment was nothing like the picture. I’ll check out the legal route.
