A great company to deal with, ordered the Las Vegas box and it was delivered the very next day fantastic delivery excellent communication and the fireworks were amazing

Arrived at the shop wasnt really busy 3 lots of 2+ parties of people wanting fireworks. I was waiting to be served for 20mins but then to be ignored for some strange reason for the entire duration of being there. Havnt said or done anything to upset staff but they was clearly not wanting my money.

Tall gentlemen with the skin head asking if anyone wants help.. I replied 3times saying yes me but was blanked/ignored all times for some reason I dont understand.

Even asked the small blonde lady if she was free to help us. for her to say im covering the till which I understood. And carried on waiting an extra 5mins.

New customer walks in and gets served as im just stood there waiting, being ignored.

Never in my life have I ever dealt with service like that.

Have been to the shop before with family members always been in and out with buying fireworks. But this time when wanting help/service i was just straight up blanked/ignored for a full 20/25mins even when the staff was free to help. Just ended up walking out.

Ill repeat never in my life have I ever had customer service like that. Im never one to write reviews either but the obvious ignoring just straight p***** me off.

Won't be spending a penny in this shop again.

If the staff see this review and get bored watch the cctv footage I was the lad with the red and black fleece on with my partner and kids. (In shop 4-9-25 at 18:00) maybe review and reflect on the bad customer service.

The staff member also asked pritty loud who's next to be seen where I said "me" 3 times and was completely ignored.

Staff walked past dealing with customers im not going to just butt in throwing weight around.. i was waiting my turn you could see who was next to be seen and approach.. he could have asked if i needed help etc but nothing from his side.

Maybe next time ill just jump queue and push my way to be seen. But I guess your company doesnt want respect. You could see who was next be seen. Isn't really hard to read the room under pressure working in a shop..

The staff who asked my partner when she pointed at me. Didn't even say anything and wasn't ready to help at all. He was more of a mascott for the shop rather then helping customers. All he did was fetch fireworks out the back. He could've easily cracked on with getting what we needed but instead stood looking gormless.

Shame really.

Aaron the top man! Ordered a few days before bonfire night, turned up reliably the day before - Aaron was a legend, fireworks look mint, not much else to say!

Absolutely amazing business perfect all round from the easy to navigate Web page to the demos if fireworks. Responses to questions are fastest I've ever had. Delivery was super quick delivered by the friendliest kind gentleman called Aaron best delivery driver I've ever had. My new go to fireworks company highly recommend and will definitely use again

Quick easy and nothing to much trouble

I have used these guys for the past few years and have never been disappointed. Amazing quality products especially if you got a bit of extra cash to burn on some display options. Can't fault them and for those that have complained on here.....really!? Grow up. Aaron was my delivery guy this year, great guy absolute legend! Thanks again and see you at New year's eve shall I!

Always kept updated about delivery right up to the last minute.
Delivery driver very pleasant and helpful, I have also spoke to the sales team regarding how long will delivery take and been assured it would be on the time I needed it. I have used this company numerous times and have always been satisfied with their products.

Experience was like a war hawk rocket brilliant and fast like always will be ordering more often as well the range of fireworks these have is outstanding.

Great company, been using them for years. The most important thing, of course, is that the fireworks themselves are really, really good - look out for any of the "Primed Pyrotechnics" cakes & complete display packs (for rockets, look no further than the "Warhawks" 5-packs for price/performance). The friendly service and advice is also second-to-none, as is their in-house delivery team (we live in the middle of nowhere, but never any issues, unlike other courier companies!) They even tend to throw in a couple of little goodies into the box as well, so can't say any fairer than that. Special mention must go to the "Gold Rush" and "Storm" compound cakes... professional quality, truly epic performance both!
