All in all- I was very pleased with the carpet, fitting and customer service.

I have had nothing but stress a week late fitting house up side down now told Iv got to wait has there not orderd the right amount of flooring Iv had nothing but problems promises that have made me cry with stress they took my payment first so I can’t even stop that do not use them also I paid to have my down stairs toilet laid which on time of paying they charged me £150 extra to fit which they now say they won’t fit unless I pay for a Plummer 😡 I said cut round so now Iv got all my laminated not fitted they left all the rubbish on my drive 3 times messure and still had to keep waiting for job to be completed now there saying they won’t refund my fitting money or money they promised me for all the stress Iv used this company of many years and recommend to friends and family but id never step back in this shop its service has gone down hill it’s all money not customer service I will be taking this further because they have humiliated my family

I ordered carpet in May and it’s now September and I’m sitting in the shop still chasing them for this carpet. I paid most of the money upfront so now they don’t care. They took the money and told me the carpet was in stock and only last month (after 3months) told me they lied it’s not in stock! Their customer service is disgusting, they won’t respond to my messages or take my call. I’ve been in the shop few times and they think I’m enjoying this and being a nuisance and that I should just wait patiently hoping that one day I will get my carpet. Can’t explain how stressful and frustrating this experience has been for me. So please do yourself a favour and never go to them.

Continuously fly tipping in the local community. Absolute disgrace from a local business to do this on their own doorstep. The council needs to fine them.

Disgusting people . They don’t care about the Comunity .
This company has been reported many times and they continue because the council failed to stop this . They should révoque his licence and pushed with money . This cost lots of public money to clean their rubbish .
Please report to Newham trading standarts and publish what they do on the local newspapers .
I can’t believe how this people continue to trade only interested in money they bulled residents when confronted them.
The shop don’t have minimal
higiene and safety conditions to trade , with combustible materials , they don’t have a place to storage their items , a warehouse to cut out and even less to recycle they rubbish , nor charge and discharge yard or parking space to say the least . They use public spaces blocking footpaths and busy streets with potential accidents and bonfire for the people . Pollutions is so high against to any common sense or environmental values
I encourage to make a collective complaint included a manifestation in front of this shop because they ruin our lives .

Residents of Newham, it's time to take a stand against the unethical practices of Gandhi Carpets on High Street North. For years, this business has been advertising "FREE QUALITY FITTING!" but what about the responsible disposal of old carpet and underlay? Instead of properly disposing of waste, Gandhi Carpets has been dumping it illegally around our community, causing a significant fly-tipping problem that we, the council tax payers, have to fund the cleanup for.

Despite numerous complaints and even direct messages left at their shop, Gandhi Carpets continues to ignore the issue. Their ongoing fly-tipping not only blights our neighborhoods but also strains our public resources. This is unacceptable!
