It may be a norm in the legal business. I wouldn't know.
I told the lady my request and what kind of help I would require, then we finished the conversation.
No one ever got back to me, though, after all.
I wouldn't consider it a reliable service.

I was surprised by how few people and companies were interested in a new business that day.
If one doesn't want to provide small services, give the price list on the website to put potential customers off, but don't ignore them.
Care a little about your reputation – I am speaking from a brand strategist's perspective.
