The Garden Furniture Centre Ltd Avis 

The table I ordered is absolutely beautiful, but the delivery process was extremely disappointing and has put me off ordering from this company again.

I had recently undergone abdominal surgery and was unable to lift anything heavy, so delivery arrangements were very important to me.

After a delay caused by a courier breakdown (which was communicated), I was told the item would be delivered the following day via a different courier. At no point during the ordering process—or when the courier was rearranged—was it mentioned that the item would be kerbside delivery only.

The website ordering information also states nothing about kerbside delivery. I only found out on the day of delivery, via a message from the courier, that the item would be left at the roadside. Had I been made aware earlier, I would have refused kerbside delivery in advance, knowing I couldn’t manage a large, heavy item on a pallet by myself.

As a result, I had to urgently find help and burden others with unpacking and moving the table into the house. All of this could have been avoided with proper communication.

Product is of very good quality construction. Service from staff and delivery was excellent. Very pleased. Would not hesitate to contact family and friends.

I purchased 2 solar table lamps, both of which were obviously demo models or had been returned. One seems to function perfectly while the other has limited battery life and doesn't default to the last setting as the instructions say that it should. I emailed the Sales & Purchasing Manager for help, and I have not had any response after 2 weeks.
UPDATE: GFC couldn’t find my email, but have promptly offered a solution and apology, which I have accepted. Because they sold me exdisplay products I have taken a star off.

Bought a Havana 3 seater replacement canopy the quality was not upto the price i paid sent photos. I also thought it was not waterproof.So got in contact no mention on there reply about the quality except it doesn't not say it's waterproof

Through donations from people in our Parish, we had enough money to purchase a bench for the cremation area in our churchyard. I found The Garden Furniture Centre Ltd via Google and everything about the purchase was brilliant. The bench was delivered this morning and we are absolutely delighted with its quality and the quality of the whole experience of dealing with The Garden Furniture Centre Ltd. Thank you all.

The delivery was excellent, and packaged very carefully.

Each product I've bought from this company has been of excellent quality & I'm over the moon with this particular purchase - the Romance Bench which I had engraved & got as a memento of my mom & dad. The service is very good. I have recommended them in the past & will do so again. The only thing I would say is that their on line ordering service was ok but then I got several promotional emails straight away. One of them offering me more discount than I'd just been given on the order I'd just placed. After a phone call to them they gave me the extra discount so I can't complain. They are very helpful but if youre planning on buying I feel it might be better to visit in person if you can. I found their on line service & their personal service somehow don't link up too well together but their products in my opinion are excellent.

Bought a 3m square Roma cantilever replacement canopy. Arrived quickly and was easy to fit. The size was as stated, not like the Chinese one that I had ordered from a different online seller. One very happy customer.

I have just installed our triple bin storage unit and am very impressed.
It was very well wrapped...showed that the company care about their products. They had thought of everything, even gloves to keep the storage unit clean. Instructions were good, easy to install....even for me; a complete novice! Thank you

I ordered a wall mounted parasol but I made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour. A quick call and it was all sorted. But I didn't expect the parasol (all 30kg of it) to arrive less than 24 hours later! My wife soon had me installing it and it looks superb and is excellent quality. Fabulous service... a rare thing nowadays

I had an issue with the item I ordered. They very quickly resolved this and the delivery driver who brought the replacement item I have to say was an absolute credit to the company. Kind, patient, and really took care. You don’t see this sort of service very often in this world now!

This is our second lot of garden furniture for another area of our garden,it's really sturdy if you have a windy garden,we have a bronze dining set and a cream ,the construction is not flimsy and the workmanship is fantastic,it comes very well packaged and great delivery guy,I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Came when they said it would 4 weeks was a bit of a wait but gazebo was solid instructions were easy to follow and all round very happy.

Quality is excellent. Everything laid out beautifully and instructions are very clear. We had a wooden bin store before which only lasted 3 years. This one should last a lot longer and not weather or warp. Very satisfied with this purchase

Team that put the gazebo up were very professional. Arrived when they said they said and left no trace/ mess of their work.
