I was a little nervous ordering from a place I haven't heard of before however Garden Oasis delivered on time and the product was as specified. Thank you

"Well Done" to all at Garden Oasis. Purchased a tall metal gate on Monday 22nd June, delivered on Friday 26th June. Which considering the situation in the country at the moment, is brilliant, Would recommend this company to everyone. Congratulations to all.

Very impressed with products and customer service experience was excellent. Especially under the restrictions of Coronavirus! Our gates were very good quality & a small mistake in hinges was quickly rectified & followed up. A professional company to deal with - well done Garden Oasis.

I recently had ordered a Greenhouse through two other companies who had them "In stock" on their Website for fast delivery, (as the Greenhouse was a Birthday present for this week), but on both Occasions they let me down saying they were no longer available. I contacted Garden Oasis by Email, and Mark Jones in Customer services kindly made a number of calls to the manufacturer to enable me to collect the product from the manufacturer in time for my Friend's Birthday. You couldn't ask for more, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased 2 garden benches from this company. I noticed when I assembled the benches that there were many knots ( filled with putty) and a few cracks in some of the wooden planks. Overall the benches were somewhat shoddy. After speaking to garden oasis I eventually got a refund of £20 after threatening to put my experience onto a review website I was told any blackmail attempt was going to be followed by legal action.....about three weeks later all the putty started to fall out, the cracks got worse and worse. I contacted them again- I sent pictures - I chased. It took around 5 days between my emails and replies... until I threatened to take the matter further. Eventually they agreed to take the benches back and refund my money ( minus the earlier refund) but iChat to dismantles the benches and repackage... of course the packaging no longer exists, who keeps packaging for weeks and weeks. I was told to wrap the benches in bin liners.
Collection was arranged for Wednesday 10th June, no collection happened, I was told the following day that they apparently attempted to collect and the goods were not ready when the called at 7.32 am... despite the packages being next to the front door. No knock and no calling card left. At this point the blame game started, had I really been at the property all day? courier subcontracted etc etc...... I suggested they might just want to refund the money and I either repair the benches or dispose of them ( a suggestion I made unpremeditated times). I was promised a collection for today. This morning I chased them again and again told them they could not refund the benches without return....... followed by and email saying they would refund as the courier has suspended collection in my area and alternatives are too expensive. I don’t believe that for a minute!
My advise would be to avoid this company like the plague! When everything goes to plan it may be fine, but when things go wrong they really do go wrong. At times the time of the emails was extremely accusing as though the Problem was my fault - this can be sen in one or two of the responses by the company on here!

On 2nd April I purchased heavy duty trellis panels and posts on-line. The trellis panels were delivered damaged.
I sent photographs to Garden Oasis, as requested. After TWO MONTHS and several email requests Garden Oasis have failed to refund my credit card or have the damaged good removed.

I waited in all day on 4th June for the damaged goods to be collected, but their courier failed to show and did not call.
There has been no explanation..

I purchased a Cotswold Padded Sunlounger in May and after a couple of days noticed the piping around the top edge of the cushion was coming through the material. NaturallyI contacted Garden Oasis and they (Laura ) immediately arranged for a replacement cushion to be sent to me. This has now arrived and my wife now has a lovely comfortable chair. Their response to my complaint was immediate and their customer service exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to make them my first point of call when ordering garden items on line in future and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I ordered a pitcher cascade water feature from this company. I initially made contact with them by phone and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful. My order arrived within two days. I am very pleased with it and would definitely recommend this company.

I placed an order for 2 ponds, and 2 weeks later they arrived. After reading other reviews on here saying 'do not use', I say do not believe these keyboard warriors. This is a very good company, battling through very difficult times. This is our second order and definitely won't be our last. Excellent quality, and for us, excellent service. Yes, it took a little longer to arrive than before, but given the circumstances, we are not surprised. If I have one grumble, it's with Yodel. Two of the four boxes were damaged, one quite badly. So much so, that a chunk of wood had been gouged out of one of the horizontal pond pieces. Pointed this out to the driver who offered to send it back, but I decided to accept it. I used it at the back of the pond, gouge down, so it can't be seen. This particular box had one end ripped open, but I guess we're just lucky nothing had fallen out.
Other than this, very happy. Ponds are up and working.
So to those who give Garden Oasis 1* and a crappy review, I say 🖕and shut up. To yourselves, Garden Oasis, I say 👍 and well done.

Ordered a pond 3 weeks ago.....was delivered 2 weeks late as expected due to covid. Pond is great and better then expected....was simple to put together. Garden oasis is a little hard to get hold of over this pandemic but did email back within a couple of days.

well over 4 weeks for a wait on a 2ft gate ! i did get one response to my email a day or so ago saying they would chase it up with the factory and get back to me but as yet nothing , really disappointing the last gate i had was brilliant the quality great and communication spot on , such a shame

Excellent customer service. Today is 31st May 2020 and as we all know the country in March hit a brick wall .. We said like thousands of others in lockdown lets get some new garden gates and placed the order, we were kept up to speed all the time by Karen Sheen customer services , explaining why the pressure part of the work by a specialist company could not be completed due to covid and it would be many weeks before we received the gates , and approx. how long to expect delivery but that date wasn't set in stone , then Karen emailed the delivery date. BUT HOLD THE FRONT PAGE all you moaners out there .. These guys and thousands of business have been working flat out from home ..Il just say that again FROM HOME ..possibly balancing a lap top with a crying chid and toast that has just fallen butter side down on there keyboard a pandemic going on around them loved ones friends getting ill ..but yet they and others kept a service going , I hate to generalise but at a guess I would say the moaners here (A) Have never run a business (B) Are probably the same people who went out to parks and beaches when told to stay in because like ordering stuff during a pandemic they are living in La La Land .
On the subject of the gates themselves ..excellent quality so strong and well built worth every penny you will not be disappointed. So thank you Karen thank you Garden Oasis. Oh and to the moaners again not getting your order on time while 37000 people lie in graveyards many well before there time was due and with many more to come due to an incurable illness. Keep yourselves safe !!!!

Don’t take the money when you can’t supply. This company is disgusting. Do not deal with.

Customer service communication is very poor, stop giving excuses blaming Covid-19. Do you need reminding that this is the 21st century? There is a turnaround of five days to e-mail replies by customer services as the seller has stopped using telephones for customers to reach customer services. I ordered a BBQ stand on 13.05.20 and the ordered got confirmed on 14.05.20. Delivery was said to be “within 2 working days” on their website, the reason I chose to shop with them. We are now on the 5th working day of issue of order confirmation, we have neither received the item nor have we received any update on the order. Please live to you word, no need to provide delivery times on your website you cannot achieve. This seller is awful, no regard to satisfying the customer.

Awful. I placed an order with them six weeks ago, and waited all this time because of the pandemic, expecting a delay of sorts, before emailing to ask what was happening, as I had not heard anything since my initial order. I finally got an email four days later saying that they had cancelled my order shortly after the initial order as I had not ordered enough trellis parts for delivery- but had omitted to notify or refund me... What a complete waste of time.

Great service ordered a patio heater received it in 2 days . Spoke to the owner who was so polite and call me back just to let me know that my order had been dispatched. Great service . Thank you

I ordered a bbq fire pit. It has arrived early and was in good condition. I can’t wait to use it when the weather brightens up.

Be careful - I was delivered the wrong product after waiting 3 weeks for my fence panels to arrive. The delivery driver can only say contact Garden Oasis and the phonelines are switched off so left an enquiry and there has still been no response all day.

Don't run a business on lockdown if you haven't got the systems in place to account for customer service and communication aspects.

I also wasn't asked to sign for delivery, which was odd.

Customers understand that these are difficult times but total lack of communication on a large order (almost £1000 ) for 3 weeks since payment is just not acceptable - closing the phone lines - really?
Just send an email so we know what is going on.

Made an enquiry about ordering some metal double gates for my driveway.
Staff were very helpful and my gates were delivered quickly, well within the delivery time frame that they had informed me they would be delivered in.
