Horrible place to shop. Purchased something for my wife for Christmas. She didn’t like it, but we were beyond the 7 day return policy, so they would not do anything. Can you imagine not allowing exchanges or returns for Christmas gifts. There are a million online retailers. Don’t use this company.

Some companies only contact you with an estimated delivery date. I received delivery updates if there was a delay, and when I would receive my item. My item was received on the final date.

Garmentory is just a lazy ass aggregator with a nice curatorial eye for clothes, but if something goes missing you’re on your own. They don’t return emails or texts when there’s a problem. Occasionally you get a tracking number. You have to buy insurance for your package and if something goes missing you’re spending hours on emails and filling out form, etc.

It came in promptly the box, the thank you note. The shoes were sleek and just perfect.

It was made under fair-trade conditions using sustainable materials, and it's beautiful: it reminds me of fabrics that were available in the late 1940's - colorful, subtle, elegant.
