A tight deadline - beaten!
This was a job with a very tight budget/deadline, discussed late on a Friday afternoon, artwork agreed on Monday morning, printed t-shirts on my doorstep Wednesday morning. Helped me find cost savings and with the artwork. Terrific job, very pleased with all aspects.

Great service! Good price!
Had a few orders with Garment Printing. Very thoughtful arrangement and good turnaround time. Jack, the customer representative is always very efficient and helpful on our order, not to mentioned their fast production + delivery time and the good price. After we had huge disappointment on another merchandise company that changed ownership last year with horrible customer service wand a wipe off, we are now switching all our orders to Garment Printing. I believe they would keep up the service so that I don't need to switch to any other company again.

Not to our satisfaction
A lot of money for something that wasn’t to our satisfaction. At first the embroidment was too high up, the embroidment was not straight, I had to send it back to get it printed instead, the printing fell of after one wash... I did complain and gave them a chance to it right. When finally got everything I let it be. A lot of time and frustation to get things right. I’ve tried to get a refund but I only got excuses.

Great item / cheap packing
the printed garment is great but I was dissapointed that my item arrived in a single plastic bag. I had expected it to arrive at in it's own bag within whatever packaging (small box or another bag to give it more protection. However, it arrived safely but the packaging made it feel cheap... and it wasn't.

Great & fast service, but...
Great & fast service! Sadly, the print quality wasn't the best as some of the thin lines were a bit blurry and 20 pieces were not that consistent.
