First class service. So refreshing to have a company that communicates with you and arrives on time. Jake serviced our fire, he was very thorough, tidy and a lovely chap. Will definitely use Gas Wise in future and would highly recommend.

They made the process of raising an order and booking Equipment to unblock manholes and drain easy. Helpful people to deal with. The Drain Engineer arrived on-time, was knowledgeable and made the unblocking process quick and easy with no disruption to our business.

First time using Gaswise, following a recommendation. it was great to be able to talk straight away to someone who understood the problem. Managed to get a good temporary fix within three hours of the call and a full fix within a week.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Booked a call with them, they offered the next day, though it wasn't urgent, I accepted it. Within 2 hours of booking I had to cancel the call for something beyond my control. When I called to cancel the person who answered said there may be a cancellation fee. I accepted that. However I then received a bill for £156 which was the full cost of the call out. They said it was because I had cancelled within 24 hours and it was in their terms and conditions. They had sent them by email when they confirmed the call. They were very long and complex and I am dyslexic and can't read simple documents let alone something so complex. I appealed to them to reduce it.....at the end of the day I didn't ask for a next day call....they gave it to me. They refused repeatedly despite my explaining why written Ts&Cs couldn't work for me. During several exchanges with the help of someone who was able to support me, we suggested that I should have been informed of this when I booked the call where they offered the next day visit. This would have been transparent. Despite the fact they have now changed their procedure and will tell people on the initial phone call about the terms they accepted no responsibility and no concessions. I still need this work done, but having now experienced what I have I won't be using them and now I've read other reviews, would recommend you avoid them. They were pretty rude in handling my complaint and when it was suggested that they should have told me the ts&cs on the initial call because I couldn't read the email, they said they were (I quote) "not mindreaders". I have run businesses and I expected to have to pay something, but the full cost was ridiculous and their attitude in dealing with my complaint just made me feel like it was all my fault.

Fast response from Gaswise, the engineer came to site to repair our oil boiler, he was very professional and courteous. 5stars will definitely use again

Having no heating or hot water is not an ideal situation. Gas Wise ensured they quoted the job quickly so the parts could be ordered. The engineers were very careful in removing the equipment and ensuring care was taken up and down the stairs so as not to damage any decoration. It was great to have so pleasant and understanding people working in my home. I will definitely be recommending them in the Daventry and Banbury area. An excellent job Thank you.

Very professional install of a new boiler, the engineers were very polite and tidy. They turned up when they said they would and the boiler is working brilliantly. Would highly recommend GasWise, their customer service and communication was brilliant from start to finish.

Absolutely shocking that this company charged £120 for 10 minutes work to sort an issue that they were the last ones to touch. After fitting a new radiator for us earlier in the year they had to return as it wasn’t working. 10 minutes to diagnose and fix a previously working valve pin and they charged £120 for the work. Complete rip off merchants avoid at all costs.

Came to fix the boiler. It then broke 24 hrs later. Returned to fix it, didn’t touch it, claimed thousands of pounds needed to be spent. £98 billed despite paying £98 the day before and they didn’t even touch the boiler! Second and third opinions proved that they were offering poor advice and trying to make us spend thousands. Avoid!

Came to replace my elderly mothers heating system. What a service !!! Polite, well mannered person carried out the inspection for the quote. Superb price , right on the money. Tidy workers even hoovered up after themselves each day! When the job was completed they came in on price. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anybody looking for a new heating system.

This company are quite dishonest, lots of hidden costs or extortionate quotes for work that isn't really required. I booked them to come and check what work needed doing to my shower as there was a very slight leak, stated it was not urgent and they could come in a few weeks. Their employee confirmed the damp patch I said was on my wall was there and suggested what work needed doing to fix it. I then unexpectantly received an invoice for £84! No work completed, the quote I received from them was thousands! I had 2 other plumbers come and check the shower with no charge and they suggested some silicone remover to fix the issue, not thousands of pounds worth of work with hidden costs. I have reported them to trading standards, please AVOID!!!

Work was carried out quickly and professionally. Engineer took his shoes off as soon as he was in the property without any prompt which made a welcome change from most other contractors coming in! Price was very reasonable. Would 100% use again.
