Disappointed
Ordered and paid for a torch which was shown as in stock. Subsequent email received stating item could not be located in the store, and as they had no more, order was canx. Refund received promptly. Very polite, and an unfortunate outcome.

Absolutely incredible service
Absolutely incredible service. I made a online order and called to see if it was possible to deliver earlier than the website offered. They had my washing machine at my door within 20 minutes. Could not have asked for anything better.

Item was in stock,free delivery and only £20 to take the old appliance away.I picked my delivery day,a time was given and on that day at that time my fridge freezer was delivered……..amazing and thank you.

Price good
Price good, easy to complete online order and payment. Then had an email saying their website was incorrect and they didn’t have the product. Payment refunded with hours. Shame as they appeared to be a well run business and would use them again.
