Gecko Mobile Avis 

I sent my iPhone 11 off to them last week in perfect working order , but today I received an email from them saying the phone won’t even turn on and is “untestable” . I have used this phone daily for two years without a problem right up until the day I reset the phone and sent it off . Untestable ? Won’t turn on ? Somethings not right here . AVOID

Ps the original offer was over £200 and my new offer is about £20 haha

Overall it was great especially the product and delivery.

I ended up ordering a phone 3 times as the first two had problems (one being an error in my address). Backmarket were really great about it even calling me and leaving a message. Everything was sorted and my phone arrived in excellent condition. I had already ordered a phone with another company and sent it back as the battery was rubbish. This phone is much better and even came with a charging cable.

I bought an iPhone from this company on eBay for someone else. It came on time and all appears to be in order! Some basic set-up instructions would have been nice but otherwise we are pleased with the purchase.

The iPhone I bought was graded 'C' by their scale, but arrived in much better condition than expected. Ordered at 14:00 on a Friday and phone was with my by Monday morning, very fast postage. Highly recommend these guys!

I’ve bought quite a few phones from various retailers and since I discovered Gecko, I’ve bought all of them from there. They’re often cheapest but they’re also fast, hassle free and the phones are always as described. Several other retailers mis-describe phones, send the wrong one then charge fees for doing so and faff. Gecko are the only one I bother to look at now.
