Fun spot to check out when in Southend. Great variety of products and the staff could not be more helpful.

I was passing through the Royals with my son on our way to TK Maxx and we saw Geek Vault, my son was drawn in immediately. After a couple of minutes browsing it was both of us who were captivated, they had products for all ages in there. The team were very helpful and knowledgeable on all of their products. After a purchase for my son they gave him a free pack of pokemon cards as well. This shop is a great addition to the high street!

Went in to the store with my son for a toy to keep him occupied and ended up chatting to the owners for a while about random comics and felt right at home. My son left with a toy and pack of Pokémon cards n the house which was very kind. I’ll be going back for his Christmas gift very soon.

I recently visited GeekVault, and I have to say, it’s hands down the coolest shop in Southend-on-Sea! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and you can’t help but feel happy just walking by. It’s clear that the owner has put a lot of love and creativity into this place. A shop so needed on the high street! Before you enter you immediately think oh this is going to be a great shop!

What truly impressed me was how the shop owners are utterly passionate about their products! They WANT to help you and they WANT to encourage you to complete your collections and they are excited about it for you! You can tell they value their community, and it’s exciting to see a business thrive because of that connection.

It’s inspiring to see how this shop has grown stronger and more vibrant since opening! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for GeekVault. Keep shining and spreading joy—you’re doing amazing things!

My son had recently chewed the head off his Spider-Man figure and was absolutely horrified when his favourite superhero was headless. The ensuing tears and screeching kept us up the entire night, come morning we knew we needed to take action. Seeing geekvault was a stones throw away we popped into the store to be greeted by very welcoming and accommodating staff. My son was overwhelmed by the amount of Spider-Man figures (with heads) and this finally placated him, crisis averted and we could all go back to normal life. I’d highly recommend checking the place out if you’re into anything pop culture/nerdy, family run and very helpful

I visited the shop to get some Back to The Future merch (my all time favourite films) and they had some rare collectibles which was an amazing surprise!

I only intended on buying 1 thing and came out with 6 different items! Really recommend Geek Vault if you want to find some rare geeky bits along with all the great classics.

Really fab little shop, loved the hidden 'easter eggs' around the shop and the staff even gave my friends child a free Pokémon card set when he was upset about leaving the shop, definitely worth a visit!!

The team at geek vault are so helpful and obviously passionate about the products they sell. They are fab at advising for presents and also have really fun atmosphere in their store. It's a must visit in Southend!

So, I am complete novice in the gaming and geek scene. I was trying to find a particular funko pop that I was looking for a particular one for my son.
I went in on a whim and too my amazement and lack of knowledge, the whole team rallied around me. Got the necessary information, which believe me I wasn’t much help to the team. Found the exact Funko Pop in question and they had it. Honestly best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

I went in for some power rangers for my kids. They absolutely loved the place and the guys working there. They came away with some cool toys. Definitely going back.

Visited the store with my young son and felt welcomed at all times. My son was fascinated by all of the different action figures and funkos that were on display and also made his first and most important choice of batman or superman! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I popped into the southend on sea shop. Great well stocked shop, friendly and helpful staff. Good quality products. I will be going back for Christmas gifts. Nice to see a shop like this in town.

I ordered a pokemon pop for cheaper than it would be on amazon! Arrived really quick and in great condition to go with my collection!

I ordered a product for a friends birthday, seeing they were local I thought it would be a fairly quick delivery. However, a week later and my order still hadn't been sent off at all, I had to chase them up via email twice. At that point they told me it would be posted in the next 2 days, that turned into 4 more days and only after I sent another chaser email.

Absolutely shockingly bad service. There are far better stores and online services for these kind of products, avoid at all costs.
