Fraud website... They will say absolutely fine and genuine product will send. Thou, prices of gems are much more costlier but you will get the product as price... Moreover, when you wish to return the faulty product, they will forward the calls for different people.. No solution at all and they will ask to deduct amount while return...

This store will take any action possible to cut cost from their end even if it’s unethical. They promise to use ‘express shipping’ that is guaranteed to deliver your items within 7-10 days and charge the customer for it. However in reality, they use a cheaper option. My item took an extra 7 days to arrive. There was no delay in custom clearance or any issues relating to weather conditions that could have caused this. I wouldn’t review a vendor unfairly due to reasons like these that are out of their control. It was purely due to the use of a cheaper shipping option.
When inquired, they showed me a printed label with ‘express shipping’ mentioned. When the item was delivered, the label on package was totally different. Also, their courier UPS confirmed the vendor didn’t use express shipping. The vendor didn’t even offer to refund the shipping cost after charging me a significant amount unethically.

Emerald Ring, time wasted, never received the order
I placed an order for an emerald that was just under $1000. Unfortunately, my order went missing and never reached me. The lack of communication and initiative from this business to inform me was disappointing. I had to start reaching out myself when the delay became excessive. They eventually offered me an alternative stone and ring, but the experience went downhill from there. After completing the second ring, they attempted to charge me an additional $300. When I questioned this sudden increase, particularly since the stone wasn't significantly larger, they revealed that the previous price was an error. It's frustrating to realize they were now trying to overcharge me for their mistake. The whole experience was marked by poor service and unreliability, especially for customers who are located overseas. Do not use this business
