Product doesn’t seem to be effective .. website is hard to use as don’t have means to log in and often coupons you send us don’t even work. Website gives impression this is a company with 4 people sitting at home putting this all together . If I could find alternative options sadly I would go elsewhere. Customer service is lovely tho so I do believe there is opportunity if you would just look at the customer experience a bit more

It’s frustrating when there’s no delay…
It’s frustrating when there’s no delay on taking money out of my account to pay for an order, but somehow the order gets lost or forgotten to ship or something happens and it’s always at least two weeks later before I get my order.

PRODUCT HAS HAD A POSITIVE EFFECT ON MY HEALTH, WHICH I WASN'T 100% SURE ON AS THE DATA PRESENTED OUTSIDE OF GEUINEPURITY WAS NOT AS GLOWING. OUTSIDE DATA WOULD AGREE THAT THE PRODUCT IS ESSENTIAL IN OBTAINING WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS OR NEEDS, BUT A LOT OF HUBBUB ABOUT ABSORBTION, PLACEBO STUDIES WITH SAME RESULTS, OR JUST EAT 3 LBS OF RUTABAGA. GEUINEPURITY HAS QUALITY PRODUCTS.

Two years later…
I have been taking NMN for probably 2 years and feel a definite difference in my energy and overall wellbeing. It’s difficult to gauge these things but at 71 having all the energy all day (no afternoon lull or nap) is the most important aspect of my life. The company is great bc of the research, quick delivery l, and reliability.
