Cancellation nightmare
I tried to cancel the policy. I mailed the forms and emailed the forms. I received an email saying I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 business days. Today, I receive a text message saying my payment is past due. When I called I was told there was a 38 minute hold time and when I finally got thru, I was told to call back during business hours. Am I going to play this game for months and years to cancel the policy and get a refund?
