I am very happy with all my transactions with GTT. I’ve bought from these guys a good few times.

I see other reviewers saying they had issues with returns and I have also made returns but I haven’t experienced any issue ever.

I’ve always found them responsive and I often recommend them to my family and friends and the other girls at the office.

I have purchased a few times from get that trend, great quality clothes, great price point and the customer service is outstanding.

I left a bad review on an instagram post and it got deleted and I got blocked.

Are companies allowed to do this? Surely it’s dishonest?

I’m trying to spread awareness to honest people who are spending money with this company that items they return will not be refunded due to a “mark”.

I placed an order with Get That Trend a few days ago and although I have not yet received the order the Customer Service has been outstanding! I had made an error and ordered 2 of the same dresses, straight away the Customer Service team (Gina) emailed me to question this and when I confirmed this was an error they straight away processed the refund. I was so impressed with how proactive and efficient getthattrend were and I look forward to receiving my order and will defintiely be ordering again from Get That Trend.

WARNING…. they will not refund you! Delivery was quick. When I received the top it was poor quality and also a crop top which was not described so I returned straight away. They would not refund me as they said I marked the inside of the top, they also charged me to send it back to me. There was no mark to be seen when I received top back. This was an expensive top also. I can see other reviews where they done this to other people so they must do this frequently.Surely there should be protection for customers.

A recent customer to Get That Trend, I have purchased twice now and very pleased with all my purchases. Their website is easy to use and the customer service team is top-notch! I did an exchange of one item in my first order and got it all competed vert fast. I had to return another and it was simple enough with their return portal.

First and last time ordering from here, tried returning a dress but received an email that says the dress had fake tan on the inside when they received it back and I will not be refunded. The dress was never worn and I don’t self tan. Terrible customer service.

This is the best company by a long mile. Next day delivery which meant I could order something at short notice. A staff member that I was dealing with exceeded my expectations and did everything to ensure my delivery arrived on time as I needed it urgently. Cannot speak highly enough of Get that trend.

I ordered a Deirdre Blue Peplum Square Neck Top in size 12 and was so excited as i had planned to wear it to an event. I was shocked when it arrived. Very cheap material and threads fraying on it. I never had this problem with them b4 and hadn't time to return it. So I tried it on and wow. If you have a Big Bust do not buy this top it sits terribly. If you pull the top down to how it should line up then all ur boobs are on show. Pull it up and u have a uni boob with the material cutting in half way across which make u look very odd. I wasted 52.90 on a top il never wear again. Alot of money in this economy.

As a loyal customer I am disgusted to have an item returned to me and to be accused of putting a hole in it. I replied and received no correspondence. Needless to say I won't be ordering from Get That Trend anymore.

I love this Company. So much choice in clothes. You will always be guaranteed to get an outfit for every occasion. I bought a beautiful leopard print skirt that will carry me through to every season. If is so versatile. The delivery was so prompt too.

Like all other negative reviews here, I ordered a white dress for my hen. The style did not suit so I returned the dress immediately. The dress came back to me with no explanation a week later. Upon emailing customer service they claimed there was marks on both shoulders of the dress. I examined the dress and can find no such marks. I have emailed pictures and videos of the dress they sent back to me showing no markings whatsoever. They will not answer my questions directly and are refusing a refund. I'm now stuck with an immaculate white dress I do not want and am out of pocket over €70. From reading other reviews and my own experience, they seem to have no problem robbing people of their hard earned money.
