Hi, I purchased a pair of tyres then had a problem with one of them, when I went back there the guy called Rashid was so rude, unhelpful and asked for full price, appaling customer service, he doesn't even look at your face while he is talking to you, no smile, no friendly approach nothing nice, but on the garage side guys were friendly and helpful. People like him shouldn't face customers.

Thu company needs to be investigated. I went in on Sunday to get a puncture fix/ir new tyre. I spoke with one of the staff and and he said that he could repair the puncture which I was pleased with as it cost £25 instead of £95. I left happy.
When i finished work later that day I came back to a flat tyre. As my car had no wheel brace I called the RAC to change the wheel. The RAC man said yhus was a dangerous repair and should not gave been repaired and a new tyre should have been put on.
I returned to G-force today to get ut resolved. I spoke with the boss and he said he can put a new tyre on for me, he then tried to charge me full price for a new tyre, I said that you need to rake £25 pounds off as you have solved the problem yesterday. He said that I have pay full price as " we tried to fix it so you have to pay full price" he then said that he would knock £10 pounds off fit the inconvenience, i said that not fair, he then started to come out with a load of rubbish about time and effort that the tyre fitter made on Sunday and he was doing me a favor.... After a while he reluctantly gave me the tyre for the correct price. I went to collect my car and was followed out by the manger who then tried to tell me both my back tryes were illegal and they need to be change now, he then said I will change them and told one of the staff to go and see if they had any in stock,I said they are not illegal and I showed him the wear bar on the trye, he tried to dismiss this and said he can chage both now I refused and left. I will not return to this place. They try and rip you off they need to be investigated for this practice. I will also be contacting trading standards.

The service we had from G Force last Monday was amazing, Ahmad and Rashid were so helpful. New tyre sorted and MOT. Would definitely recommend and use again.

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!! They will lie to you and rip you off! They told me that my 5mm rear tyres were illegal and that my front brakes needed changing as were also illegal. It had just been serviced and passed an MOT! I was taken in by them and believed their lies. I have asked for my money back on the tyres and brakes they fitted unnecessarily. I AM REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND TO MY LOCAL COUNCIL

Garage damaged my car, gave me an quote double what it should have cost.
The denied it.
My car was in a such a state it cost me £2000 to resolve.
Please never use them as they are dangerous.

DANGEROUS, don't use this garage.
Took our car to get 4 tyres.
The next day a wheel fell off the car from their shoddy work. Could have killed my baby and myself if we had been driving faster at the time. G Force insisted we have the recovery vehicle take our car back to them. Two different managers gave conficting information, one saying they would sort all the problems caused by the failure to do the job properly, the second saying they would charge us 50% to fix the damage caused by them.
We refused to give them more money.
To make things even more unprofessional the memory card from our dash camera was missing when we got our car back from where they left it outside the garage in their car park.

Very disappointed with service I received at Guildford branch for my Audi A6 c7 4 wheel alignment. Both guys very friendly from beginning. But once they started the job I seen they just started guessing what to do... And charging £120 for somthing that they cant do it. So. They haven't got appropriate tools or spanners for wheels alignment havent even got a sterring wheel level..just few basic spanners and when tried to undo bolts spanners just slipped few times and can see on nuts they been stripped in few places. Then after all nuts haven't been tightened properly as I checked after and they been quaite loose. After they done it all I drove off to A3 and noticed that steering is off to the right allot. Handling was ok car was going straight. After I back to the garage they said we need to drive your car.... Well a bit strength. But ok he drove off and after 10 min back and went straight on the ramp. Then started pushing car from the top on bonnet and front wings, I said you can't do that as you will make a dents.... Then he was disappointed started telling me that he is not going to do anything. I said ok please refund then. Another guy went in to my car and drove off from the ramp. And grabbed the invoice from the back seat in my car ! Without asking anything and walked off by saying invoice is he's. I said no invoice is belongs to me and you have no rights to take stuff from my car without asking.... He gives it back to me after arguing allot. He just tried to hide all evidences what they done. So is just very bad service and after all I was just shocked.... How they can take car for drive and how they can take stuff from my own vehicle without asking..... Very bad
I would suggest just avoid that place for wheel alignment. That's so easy to build stars from fitting tyres. As everyone can do that and get positive stars.

Had already tried 2 companies for getting my puncture repaired, one was a 2 hour wait and the other was a one hour wait. Timed it just right and got seen very quickly. They explained what they would do to make sure it was repairable, lucky for me it was. Happy days

Excellent service replacing a tyre at very short notice on Easter Saturday when many others weren’t able to locate the correct tyre or replace same day. High level of service and communication. Highly recommended.
