Everything explained fully and clearly.
I was looking online and came across this app that I had always been interested in doing. Exceptional Professional Performance
I have contacted Giftbit in error about a dilemma that I was facing with a different gift card company. The service representative (Sofia) assisted me with helping to find the proper contact information with respect to a competiting agency. I find this to be the utmost professional preformance that one company can do for a non-cardholder of that company.

Great Support Experience Despite a Slow Start
Overall, it was a very good experience. The discussion focused on API integration, and the person assisting me (Matthew) was both knowledgeable and attentive.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the initial friction caused by the testbed channel. It technically exists and can be used to ask questions, but I was told it isn’t actively monitored. As a result, it took some time before the conversation actually started, and we eventually had to switch over to the production channel to move forward.
