I placed an order and was sent an email saying the order had been received however it has nearly been a week since placing the order and have heard nothing. Tried to contact via email and have received no response and have tried to call the number on the website but just rings out.

Ended up giving this place a try because they were the only ones to still have the product I was looking for in stock. Got it at a nice price, and it shipped out fairly quickly, so no complaints there, I'll likely buy more from them in the future.

Try delivering the products before you ask for a review. I would not trust a company that asks for reviews before the goods have been recieved.

The prices here are fantastic, the order arrived quickly and thoughtfully packed, and the after-sales service was great.

This is my first (& last) time of ordering from Gifts for Geeks.

I ordered several paints on Wednesday, 14th Jan. I received a confirmation email.

By Saturday, I hadn’t received any update as to the progress, or tracking/postage information.

I tried to call several times on the number provided but there was no reply and no provision to leave a message.

I used their messaging system requesting an update. But still heard nothing.

Monday afternoon, I managed to make contact via phone.

The chap, Jack, explained they couldn’t find some of the paints I had ordered.

No explanation as to why this wasn’t communicated.

I have requested a refund.

On a positive note, Jack was polite and apologised for the delay.

Unfortunately I wont be using this company again, ever.

Purchased some packs recently, order was processed and dispatched extremely quickly. Communication was good throughout and when they arrived I was very happy with how they had been packaged.
Would definitely buy again!
