This clinic came highly recommended by @sairahayati_ on instagram and she was clear when she mentioned Kensington branch and not the chelsea one.

My first observation was how lovely and clean it is. Some places you visit that are meant to be holistic you wouldn’t want your feet to touch the floor but this place is pristine. You feel like you could definitely get well here. I felt my treating dr was very attention, didn’t brush me off and was familiar with my issues. He didn’t talk over me, dismissive and made me feel that I had come to the right place. This is not my first time having cupping or acupuncture, but it was the first time I felt the relief after my first session with Dr Wen.

I’m being as specific about the Kensington branch and Dr Wen as @sairahayati_ recommended for diplomacy’s sake.

And I’m looking forward to completing my full session of 6 courses and can’t wait I to share a further 10stars raving review thereafter

I was very optimistic about trying Ginsen following some positive social media reviews, but having gone there for four acupuncture sessions associated with PCOS, I wouldn't go back. They consistently push you to spend more money - for example, I paid for an in-person initial consultation, but after said consultation, they said that I would owe further payment (I can't remember exactly how much but I believe it was £60-£90) unless I booked in my acupucture sessions there and then. In hindsight, I wish I had walked out then and complained, but stupidly I went with it. Each session was executed by a different practitioner leaving you with no control over who was giving your treatment. The quality of each session varied hugely depending on the practitioner, and in my case, I found the person doing it to be less and less skilled each time. By my final session I was so uncomfortable/in so much pain that I decided I would not go back. It is incredibly expensive, there is not sufficient care taken for patients, and they're constantly trying to upsell. Do not recommend.

Please stay clear of this place. It is the weirdest clinic I have been to in my entire life. I am taking this up with the independent body of medicine. I was booked in for an acupuncture session one evening. I was in a lot of pain on my back. They made me wait for 25 min and requested me to fill in a form. I was told that the doctor will see me in 2 min. But some time later when nothing happened I approached the receptionist. She causally told me that the doctor had a personal emergency and had to cancel. Two minutes ago she said , I will be seen. It was such a weird experience . Even if they reschedule , I wouldn't want to see anyone there. I can't believe I have such a service right up my street. I do need to see that this is regulated for the safety of the local community.

Went for acupuncture to help with fertility treatment. Bought a package of 6 sessions - charged at £300 for all 6. Experience was ok… they kept selling me things I wasn’t sure about and it made me a bit uncomfortable. My elderly mum needed acupuncture for her knee so I told her about this place as it’s the only place I knew. She gave it a go… they charged her £68 PER session!!! Massively bumped up the price. Then, every time she came, they would put the needles in her and leave her on the table for an hour. She went back for her 4th session and they said she’s already had all 6 as each acupuncture appointment was actually 2 sessions worth, I.e. each ‘session’ is actually only meant to be 30 mins. They tried to charge her extra and convince her to buy another 6 ‘sessions’! POOR communication and they just want your money. My mum felt so cheated out of her money… awful! Do your research before coming here… I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Confusing experience the massage was good, but the service wasn't the best. Kept on selling me things I didn't want, told me that my IBS bloated stomach (the treatment I came for), was fat and wouldn't get me a husband. Told me to diet, and said it would help me loose weight. Which wasn't the issue, and started late and ended before the scheduled time. Not the best service and not the worst. Kept on fat shaming me, for a bloated IBS stomach.

Dr. Bruce's consultation was truly encouraging. He asked a lot of relevant questions and made me feel confident that their products will help. I've purchased them and look forward to seeing the results after four weeks of use.

Generally, they help me with my problem, I feel myself better.So overall it is positive experience as acupuncture had no side effect.The treatment is going in on with herbal tea and other supplements.
I would like to recommend to provide more information regading the ingredients as a lot of them are in Chinese, and it is hard to understand the dosage, etc. and why they are so important. Also due to differences in culture and language some time it is difficult to understand.
But generally the treatment has positive result, what make it valuable.

This clinic is absolutely violating all basic rules of what £110 of deep tissue massage mean.
- They do not provide clean towels
- they do not provide disposable underwear and get your clean underwear greased up
- the masseuse hands are rough and my skin has marks all over it
- the oil smells like cooking oil
- they do not know how to give a deep tissue massage
- they keep the lights on
- they do not have music even if requested
- they do not cover you, even when asked for a blanket
- the therapist are not trained and DO NOT KNOW what to do and HOW to treat the human body
- you hear sounds throughout the place, like toilet flushing, water tank filling up, etc
- The staff attitude is so poor, there is NO customer service whatsoever.

I've been using Ginsen for years, I found their products on Ebay. Tao hong si wu visibly improved my menstrual cycle. I had many rounds of IVF in my mid 40s and conceived 2 children. When I went for my 1st scan I had only one follicle. But then I used Ginsen and acupuncture and each month I went back I had more follicles, till eventually I had 5 follicles and conceived my 2nd child at age 48.
