First time i heard of Ginspiration UK my first thoughts were" How can they be selling the products they are at the prices they are and still make a profit " So although I was suspicious i decided to place an order using my credit card as a safeguard. Well i needn't have been worried because within 3 days my order arrived safely,complete and definitely legitimate goods. Since then i've placed other orders all with exactly the same positive outcome. I can't knock them Great Prices, quick processing of my orders and well packaged & delivery in 2-3days (depending on what time of the day i place my order. 5 stars and here's to many more bargains/orders to come.

Bought two LFC gin, one was perfectly fine and has been kept as a souvenir as intended, the other seemed to have leaked, was very sticky on the outside and wasn’t filled to the top.
I know it’s not the sellers it’s the manufacturer of the product, but should have been double checked!
Not sure if I’ll use again, risk of getting damaged items

I have ordered countless times from this company, and cannot recommend their service enough. The deliveries have always been speedy and with no issues, and the value and products they offer are second to none. I value supporting a local business in these times, and they strive to be the best, which is clearly working. Looking forwards to making many more orders in the near future.

Good price but when my order didn’t arrive on the day it should have they did not and still have not replied to me. However they have managed to invite me to leave a review. Perhaps they should reset their trust pilot settings and concentrate on their customer service.

Service was slow, e.g. a week after I placed my order they emailed to say they couldn't fulfil it. They offered a refund, which I accepted, but this never happened and I had to chase for it. Their email inbox appears to be unmonitored or not set up right, and there is no phone number, so the only way to reply to their email is to fill in a website form, but you only find this out though trial and error.

It's a shame as I do prefer to give my business to smaller companies, but they need to get more organised and on top of their admin, and figure out their technology.

I have ordered a few times and been completely happy with quality and delivery time. My last order, however, was disappointing.
I was a bottle of vodka and two bottles of wine short on delivery, therefore £18 out of pocket. I was on a zoom meeting and my husband signed for delivery without checking, so I fully appreciate we were responsible, but to be told when I reported it that stock levels were apparently correct and that they would ‘keep an eye’ on their staff in future was, for me, a rather disappointing response.
Make sure you check your delivery!
