Glass America | Windshield Repair & Replacement Avis 

Even after rescheduling the service and expert was great, only downside it seems the window still doesn’t go all the way down and there may be glass still inside the door?

Mike called ahead to let me know when he was coming, and showed up on time. He stated it would take about an hour and finished 15 minutes late but that was sue to the extra wide band of sealant from the previous install.

Call the insurance company and said we have a Crack in our windshield. They reported it and we had a call from Glass America in less than 10 minutes to make an appointment the next morning. The people at the shop was very polite and professional.

The service technician was on time, professional, polite, and easy to ask questions of. He left the proper instructions for the new windshield to make sure that the installation did not fail and I greatly appreciated his service.

While driving on I-295 near the I-95 South exit, debris fell off one of Glass America’s vehicles and hit my windshield and car, causing damage. I got the license plate number and called right away to report it and request their insurance information. I have asked for their insurance information over and over, and they still refuse to provide it. Instead of taking responsibility, someone just offered me a discount, with no admission that it was their vehicle or their fault. I also reported this to the Florida Highway Patrol (reference number FHP26ON0411731). If your company vehicle damages someone’s car, the right thing to do is take responsibility, provide your insurance information, and fix the damage, not stall the person and offer a discount instead.

It was incredibly easy to work with Glass America. All of their responses were prompt and their communication was great. The service tech came in and replaced the front windshield in less than half an hour. Highly recommend this company.
